The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword

Skyward Sword was the last Zelda title to be released on the original Wii console. This game was well-received among fans as it set the beginning of the entire Legend of Zelda timeline. Skyward Sword's mechanics seem perfect for a smooth transition over to th🉐e JoyCon's motion controls. A Switch port could serve as both a tribute to ꦗveteran fans and a great way to introduce new fans to the origin story of this beloved franchise.

Metroid Prime Trilogy

With 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Metroid Prime 4 currently in development for the Switch, now is the perfect time to release the trilogy that dropped for the Wii. This compilation contained Metroid Prime, Metroid Prime 2: Echoes, and Metroid Prime 3: Corruption. Two of these titles initially released for the GameCube and were later updated for the Wii. They featured new textures, new controller schemes adapted for the Wii Remote, and shorter loading times. Adapting any of these entries for the Switch could be a great way to build a foundation for new fans, while simultaneously building hype for the still undated Metroid Prime 4 release.

Mario 35th Anniversary Collection

Nintendo has been known to celebrate milestones for Mario's anniversaries with unique releases and events. For Mario's 25th anniversary, they released a red Wii console bundle; later that same year, they released a Super Mario All-Stars compilation with all the classic games. In 2015, they held various events throughout the year to celebrate the 30th anniversary, such as releasing the widely successful Super Mario Maker for the Wii U.

Rumors have been hinting that Nintendo plans to release more of Mario's catalog for the Switch in the near future. Creating a 35th-anniversary bundle with games such as Super Mario Sunshine, Super Mario Galaxy (one and two), and Super Mario 64 would undoubtedly please Switch fans. The movement from any of the titles would translate intuitively to the JoyCons motion controls, and besides, who wouldn't want Mario 64 with updated textures and sounds?

WarioWare Collection

Via: Nintendo

At launch, instead of releasing a WarioWare game that would showcase the JoyCon's motion controls, Nintendo released 1-2 Switch instead. WarioWare is known for its crazy microgames, forcing players to figure out how to get through them by acting quickly. The Wii release, called WarioWare: Smooth Moves, featured many different Wi⭕i Remote techniques required to clear the games. A compilation of tܫhese games, especially the Wii version, would create fun family chaos with all of its energetic microgames.

Another Tales of Port

Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition is a fantastic RPG that was ported to the Switch in early 2019, praised for its diverse cast of characters and rich story. Tales of the Abyss – another game from Bandai Namco's infamous Tales of series – celebrates its 15th anniversary this year. After the game was initially launched for the PS2, it was ported to the 3DS in 2012. It would make for a promising Switch port, alongside Tales of Symphonia, wꦬhich was released for the GameCube. Considering how beloved this franchise is, porting another one of them to the Switch൩ would be a great way to bring more JRPGs to the eShop.

Many of these treasured games have been on fans' wishlists for years, ever since Nintendo started porting games to the Switch. With any luck, we'll get at l𒁃east one of them in the near future.
