It’s time to go retro with a free update to Yooka-Laylee.

168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Yooka-Laylee is widely considered to be the spiritual successor to Banjo-Kazooie, a legendary platforming game from Rare. Several former Rare employees left to form Playtonic Games back in 2014, and although they weren’t able to acquire the rights to Banjo-Kazooie i༺n order to make a proper sequel, they were able to take the same formula and make a totally new(ish) game.

So instead of a male bear and a female bird, you’ve got a male chameleon and a female bat. Which was close enough for most people to get that sweet Banjo-Kazooie nostalgia.

But it wasn’t enough for some people. For those, only the original N64 graphics can scratch that nostalgic itch. Playtonic just released a brand new free update for Yooka-Laylee just to satisfy that itch.

It’s called the 64-Bit Tonic, and it’s an actual in-game item you get from Vendi. Buy the tonic, drink it, and then watch the world become a whole lot more polygonal. You’ll even play as the same 2.5-D model of Yooka and Laylee from 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Yooka-Laylee and the Impossible Lair.

The update is out now for alওl platforms, so go get it.
