This news has been confirmed by the game's official Twi⛦tter account which posted the announcement trailer alongside which system A Plague Tale: Requiem would be coming to. Seeing as though the game is going to be a next-gen exclusive, it was pretty safe to assume that the Nintendo Sw😼itch wouldn't be able to run the game on the actual hardware.
This means that if you were hoping to play A Plague Tale: Requiem on the train to work, unfortunately, you're not going to be able to do that. Cloud streaming on Nintendo Switch will require a pretty strong and reliable internet connection, so you'll likely only be able to play the game indoors. With this news, A Plague Tale: Requiem joins the very short list of games exclusive to cloud streaming on Nintendo Switch, including Hitman 3 and 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Control: Ultimate Edition.

A specific release date was not announced, but we can expect the game to launch at some point in 2022. However, it will be playablꦏe on Xbox Game Pass on the day of release.
