The 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Ace Attorney series has capitalized on this feeling to become one of the more prolific and well-received narrative titles. The games are most reminiscent are a visual style and follow the advᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ𒀱ᩚ𝄹ᩚᩚentures of defense attorney Phoenix Wright and his colleagues.
Though there’s a lot of investigation and dialogue involved, it🌳’s when you get to the courts that gameplay heats up. You’ll have to cross-examine many wild and flamboyant witnesses to get to the truth. Even though they all have their moments, some are more memorable than others.
WARNING: SPOILERS AHEAD!
10 Fr🏅a🔯nk Sahwit (Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney)
Every Phoenix Wright game uses the first case to introduce players to the mechanics and gameplay progression. As such, the very first case of the series starts o𒊎ff with Frank Sahwit as your practice 🔯witness.
From the moment he takes the stand, it’s clear that Frank is a suspicious and careless man who wants nothing more than to appear helpful. This only makes it all the easier to call him out on his lies and watch him panic. It’s a testimony that’s resolved quickly but nonetheless sets up a feeling of satisfaction for future eܫncounters.
9 Dahlia Hawthorne (Tri𝄹als And Tribulations)
If there’s one thing that Wright’s witnesses share, it’s their eccentricities. This is emphasized by the fact that Dahlia Hawthorne is anything but. She appears as an 🅘innocent and graceful young lady who plays the role of a damsel in distress. Whenever she takes the stand, Dahlia acts oblivious to the situation while remaining calm and cautious.
She is shown to be a master manipulator, having tricked an inmate into taking the fall for her and nearly getting a young Phoenix to do the same. 🔯She is also completely remorseless in he🐭r actions which only drives you to expose the monster within fall to see.
8 Shelly De Kille🥂r Via Radio (Justice For All) 🍎
The series has a number of recurring characters who frequently appear in different roles depending on the situation. Shelly De Killer is a prime example and a serious one at that. He is actually the heir to the line of professionals assassins bearing the name Shell𝔉y De Killer. The current bearer of the title is a middle-aged man with a monocle, a small mustache, and a scar down the middle of his fac⛦e.
Shelly has been involved in numerous court cases but makes a memorable appearance in the second game. He takes the stand by broad📖casting through a radio he provides in order to offer his perspective. As strange as it might seem, it’s highly entertaining to watch a professional killer and radio get overly flustered at the same time.
7 Polly The Parrot (Phoenix Wright: Aᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚce Attorney) 🐷
Even though the subject of the games is serious in nature, it was the first Ace attorney titled that established how ridiculous could be. Late in the game, while Phoenix is defending a close friend, a number of twists and turns cause him to question various w🍒itnesses. It just so happens that one of these witnesses is a parrot.
Named Polly, this parrot proves to be a pivotal witness despite knowing a handful of memorized phrases. This testimony serves as a puzzle that you need to break and once you do, the truth begins to come to light. The idea of grilling a parrot on the witness stand is 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:as unconventional as it is funny.
6 Quercus Alba (Ace Attorney Investigations: Mi🧸les Edgeworth)
One of the best feelings in Pheonix Wright's cases is breaking through a person’s confident facade and watching them crumble. In the small spinoff series, you actually play the role of the prosecutor Miles Edgeworth, an old friend and rival of Wright. As you carry out a political investigation involving sabotage and politicians, you eventually encounter the ambassador Quercus Alba.
Initially only seen as a minor person of interest, he later ends up at the center of the investigation. He takes on a🧔 feeble old man persona but after being accused, he stands tall and upright with an air of intimidation. It then becomes a battle of wits as you slowly expose his lies to the point where his disbelief causes him to break apart at the skin and drain his energy.
5 Jezai🌠lle Brett (The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles)
Not much is known about Phenix Wright’s family history so the Great Ace Attorney attempts to shed some light on it. You play Ryunosuke Naruh꧃odo, a Japanese student suspected of murdering a visiting English professor. While trying to prove your innocence and learning how the courts work, you come face to face with Ms. Brett.
A British student studying in Japan, Brett's persona is comically exaggerated: She’s overly elegant, proper, and condescending while wearing elaborate clothing, a masquerade mask, and a hat with a live swan in it. Despite her negative views, she is able to charm the courts and remains unflappable. However, once you expose her, she freaks out all over the room not understanding how she lost.
4 Luke Atmey👍 (Trials And Tribulations)
168澳洲幸运5开奖网:The Ace Attorney series is never short on flamboyant characters and has a roster of self-proclaimed experts. Luke Atmey is one of them, constantly 😼referring to himself as the world’s greatest detective. Whenever he appears, he is loud and energetic with lots of confusing information to say. At best, his discoveries are obvious in the first place.
Although, when he appears in court, another m🎐ore sinister side is revealed. He is first brought to testify in a 🔜murder trial but after becoming suspected, he shifts the court’s attention to recent crimes of a master thief. He leads you into a trap to goad you into marking him as the culprit for the theft which in turn gives him an alibi for the murder.
3 ཧ Marlon Rimes (Dual Destinies)
These games had always been in an animatic and visual novel style before Dual Destinie💟s began production. 𒈔It was at this point that creators decided to design all characters in 3D and animate them with motion-capture where possible. Marlon Rimes is a prime example of their achievements.
A rapper working as an animal feeder at the local aquarium, Marlon is a relaxed character who occasionally shows off his rapping skills complete🎐 with arm and leg movements. When he’s called into the courtroom, h🤪e gets really into his rhythm with faster, sharper yet still fluid movements.
2 Kristophꩲ Gavin (Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney)
Following the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Phoenix Wright Trilogy, it wasn&rsquo꧟;t clear where the series was heading. That is until the fourth game appeared with new leading protagonist Apollo Justice. You play as Apollo while Phoenix takes more of a mentor role. This is unexpected since Apollo already has a mentor in Kristoph Gavin. Portrayed as a professional and intelligent attorney, Kristoph presents a person for Apollo to aspire to be.
This all changes when Kristoph is brought to the stand to testify on a murder case. At first, he’s only annoyed w⛦ith Apollo’s accusation but then begins to lose his composure as the arguments against him grow and become more compelling. It culminates in an explosive outburst when ends in begrudging acceptance.
1 Wendy Oldbag (Across The Series) 💧
One of the worst things that can happen to a case is an unreliable witness. There are many throughout the series, but one claims that title more than once. Wendy Oldbag is a senior citize🎐n known for working various jobs and appearing where you least expect her. She is frequently rude to Pheonix but claims to be a fan of Edgeworth.
She’s conveniently found in the surrounding areas where many of the crimes take place and⛎ so is brought to the stand multiple times. She always speaks with enthusiasm in certainty a🌸nd while some of her testimonies can do more harm than good, they do help direct Phoenix and friends towards the right path.
