However, according to a new report, the company has done everything except actually aℱddress staff concerns.

Employees, both on and off the record, have spoken to about their complaints. One of the most pressing issues is that the same higher-ups who dismissed the allegations - nam꧒ely CCO Fran Townsend - are still in cha😼rge.

"The fact that she's still in charge of overseeing improvements in this area makes me have very little belief in whatever she wants to tell us", one anonymous employee says in the report.

This is despite Townsend saying that CEO Bobby Kotick has given her a "blank check" in dealing with abuse alle🅷gations. These demands include scrapping mandatory arbitration, meaning disputes in the workplace cannot be settled in🌜 court.

While it isn't all negative - the sources do say that they have faith in their direct leadership - management is still labelled "uninterested" in addressing concerns.
