168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Activision Blizzard has been hit with 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:yet another lawsuit that alleges that company has a "pervasive &l💞squo;frat-boy’ workplace culture that is a breeding ground for harassment and discrimination against women." This time, former manager Miguel Vega is accused of continued sexual harassment towards a female employee, named as Ms. Jane Doe in the lawsuit.
As reported by , the lawsuit alleges Doe and Vega met in 2009 or 2010 at a game night after which they had an "online friendship." During this friendship, Doe sent Vega "compromising pictures" which he would later🌺 use to threaten her. This friendship apparently ended in 2011 when Doe met her future husband.
Doe began working at Activision Blizzard༺ in 2016 after Vega assisted her in getting some independent contract work, and she then took on a full time role as a community engagement coordinator for the player sꦚupport department.
The lawsuit alleges tha๊t Vega "repeatedly groped Ms. Doe’s breasts," squeezing, grabbing, or poking them at work. He also apparently tried to kiss her and upon seeing her recoil would say "one day it’ll happen" or "one day you’ll give in."
It is also claimed that Vega would belittle and insult Doe during meetings. He apparently told her she was a "no one" whose "opinions don't matter" with "a job a monkey could do."
Vega reportedly asked Doe for oral sex at work, insinuated that to get a pay rise she'd have to engage in sexual activity with him, and asked her about her and her husband's sex life.
Vega is also accused of threatening Doe's career if she were to report him to HR. She did so in 2017, but says "Activision Blizzard did nothing." Even after news of the company's alleged "frat boy culture" had broken, he apparently continued to threaten to release the "compromising photos" she'd sent him ten years prior, a practise known as revenge porn.
It wasn't until August 2021 that Vega was reported to Doe's manager. He was subsequently fired in September 2021.
The lawsuit is calling for both Activision Blizzard and Vega to be taken to a full jury trial where she 𓆉will seek damages, le🅘gal fees, lost earnings, and medical costs.
