Warzone developer and Activision subsidiary Raven Software has reportedly laid off numerous workers, despite months of promises that there would be a pay rise. Current and former Activ💎ision Blizzard employees are expressing solidarity with th𓄧e workers, as many anticipate further job losses in the QA department.

The news was shared by fellow Raven employees on social media last night, and comes despite a staggering in earnings being generated by Warzone last year. These layoffs, especially under the backdrop of 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Bobby Kotick's recent controversies, has Activision Blizꦐzard workers once again calling for the CEO 💧to step down.

"I am gutted right now. My friends in QA at Raven were promised, for months, that Activision was working towards a pay restructure ওto increase their wages", said Raven community manager, . "Today, one by one, valuable members of the team were called into meetings and told they were being let go."

"These people were asked to relocate to Madison, WI to work here. Now they are out of a job on January 28th[...]It's unfair to these people to string them along, promising something better, and then let them go"

Twitter user , who also works at Activision Blizzard, also commented on the matter: "The devs being fired are star workers and amazing people, let go just to save a couple bucks on everyone else's promotion. #FireBobbyKotick instead".

Employee advocacy group ABetterABK has also spoken up about the matter, explaining how those affected by the layoffs are now faced with limited employment options due to the company's location, as well as a housing crisis. Many employees were said to have relocated to Madison without the assistance of Activision or Raven.

Neither Activision nor ܫRaven ha✤s commented on the reports, who offered any reason for the layoffs. It appears the staff losing their jobs around the Holidays are also being left in the dark, as no explanation has been shared.
