You'll visit Fort Hateno in Age of Calamity during the story quest "Each Step Like Thunder." This guide can walk you through every Korok Seed location on this hectic mission.

Mission Start Korok Seed

When the mission begins, you'll be in the far west. As you approach the main area, keep an eye out for a bridge to your left. Cross and turn right to find your first Korok hiding inside a pinwheel.

Friendly Outpost Korok Seed

At the start, there will only be two friendly locations: Fort Hateno and an outpost in the west. Head to that western outpost through the enemies and you'll find a tree stump in the back where there's a Korok.

Northeastern Path Korok Seed

Continue to progress through the quest. After the cutscene plays and Zelda's powers unlock, you'll have a brief fight with the Shards of Calamity before being asked to take four outposts in four corners of the map. When you head to the northeastern outpost, you'll notice a small path just below it leading to a dead end. Venture down it to discover a Korok flower.

Gated Korok Seed

Next, you'll notice that there's one enemy outpost in the south that you haven't been asked to capture - it's blocked from access by a gate. Get to that gate (it's made of wood) and turn right, going through the trees. You'll find a Korok flower there.
