Alliance has removed captain and support Adriaꦆn “Fata” Trinks and offlaner Neta “33” Shapira from their activ𝓰e Dota 2 lineup, the organization announced to🌼day. The two had joined Alliance in October of last year as part of the organization’s complete team rebuild. Alliance is now down to a three-man roster, and has not yet revealed who will join their ranks.
Adr🥃ian “Fata” Trinks and Neta “33” Shapira both previously represented Ninjas in Pyjamas, having joined after reaching the top eight of The International 2018 with Team Secret and OpTic Gaming, respectively. Throughout the 2018-19 Dota Pro Circuit season, Ninjas in Pyjamas placed fourth at the Kuala Lumpur Major and later finished 5-6th at the MDL Disneyland Paris Major. The two were released from NiP after the team was elimina🍷ted from The International 2019 in last place.
Fata and 33 joined Alliance’s roster revamp in October of 2019, the te🗹am quickly qualifying for the MDL Chengdu Major before winning DreamLeague Season 12. The European ☂squad placed third at ESL One Hamburg before their Dota Pro Circuit debut, where they placed 7-8th at MDL Chen💎gdu. Alliance’s good form continued as they finished fourth at both the ONE Esports World Pro Invitational Singapore and the DreamLeague Season 13 Major.
Alliance were unable to qualify for the ESL One Los Angeles Major as they fell to Team Aster in the StarLadder ImbaTV M⛦inor Grand Final. As the event was expanded and online, Alliance received an invite to the Europe and CIS division, which is set to begin on April 4th. Alliance is scheduled to take on Ninjas in Pyjamas in their opening match, taking place on April 5th.
Fata and 33’s removal leaves Alliance with just Linus “Limmp” Blomdin, Nikolay “Nikobaby” Nikolov, and෴ Simon “Handsken” Haag on the active Dota 2 roster. Future plans for 🌠Fata and 33 are currently unknown, though 33 will stand in for OG Esports mid laner Topias “Topson” Taavitsainen in ESL One Los Angeles online.
In addressing the pair’s departure, Alliance mid laner Limmp states, “These decisions are never ღfun to make but we feel like we need to switch things up to b🃏e able to grow further. Thank you to Fata and Neta and best of luck.”

33 will play with OG Esports in ESL One Los Angeles online on Saturday, April 4th. Alliance will begin com𝓡pꦯetition in the same tournament on Sunday, April 5th.
