Concept art is one of the most interesting parts of any video game. It gives pla𝄹yers a glimpse of what the developers were imagining their game would look and feel like before any assets were put on screen.
168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Warframe, one of the largest free to play games on the market, has tons of concept art that depicts epic locations and characters. Due to the game's age, plenty of concepts shown previously make their way into the game in some fashion with amazing results. Whether you are looking at a Warframe concept or a new planet entirely, there is a sense of mystery and scale that few games can rival. Here are 10 amazing pieces of Warframe concept art that will leave you amazed.
10 Venus
Avid Warframe players will inst🍸antly recognize this tileset. This concept art of t🅘he Venus tileset has been replicated in-game rather well.
Large Corpus buildings tower into the mountainous clouds that have terraformed the planet. The open-world location Digital Extremes added called Orb Vallis explains this terraforming with Orokin towers that activate and deactivate routinely. As for the tileset itself, its open-ended nature makes it 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:fantastic for most gunfights and parkour movements alike.
9 ☂ Clan Dojo Aquarium ꧑
Clan dojos offer an immense level of customization that few games can mat🅘ch. It seems that they were also going to have aquariums players could create.
This is sadly not the ♋case in the current version of the game. The player's ship does house an infested aquarium room that can only be accessed from infested Warframes, which includes the rather . Hopefully, the developers will add a way to import fish into your dojo in a future update.
8 Lua
Before "The Second Dream" update released for Warframe, all players could deduce of the mi👍ssing moon were a few conce🌠pt art pieces that depicted the alien-looking location.
The Orokin have made this location their home, filled with regal ornaments on the moon's surface. In-game, this location includes a mix of ornate rooms and exterior exploration, making i🐽t one of the most instantly recognizable locations in theꦜ game.
7 𒀰Sentient Ship♊
Showcased in the last few months, the🎃 Sentient Ship is one of the Sentient faction's ancient vessels thꩲat plans to invade the core system and exterminate all life that gets in its way.
It has a brutal design, showcasing vibrant reds and hard angles to contrast the dull grey metal and wiring that makes up the ship. Players who reach the Veil Proxima in their Railjack can view this tileset firsthand, but it requires some of the best equipment in the game to reach. This concept art certainly gives off 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:DOOM vibes.
6 𝕴 Infe🌌sted Open World
the Grineer on Earth. An open world exists for the Corpus on Venus as well, so where is the Infested's open worꦰld at?
It seems to be in development, judging by this concept art. Each section of this Infested nightmare contains lost sectors waiting to be explored. Abandoned ships or even planet debris might be in the clutches of this Infested mass. This location will be incredibly fun to explore once it releases for Warframe in the next few years.
5 𓄧 Uranus Lab
This shows a very early look at the Uranus underwater lab tileset. 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Introduced in update 17, the Grineer's secret cloning facility has some beaut𝓡iful locations to explore.
It also has some interesting concept art. Mainly, the Grineer 🔯architecture seems more intertwined with underwater rock and flora. In the﷽ main game, it is clearly an underwater encampment that has few rocks or influences from its environment. This art shows how the implementation of assets and levels in a video game can vary from the concept art they're based on.
4 Nidus Deluxe Skin Concept 🍌
Concept art isn't exclusive to environments. Warframe's amazing deluxe skins alsoꦡ have concept art that is created before t🌠he developers create and implement the skin in-game.
This skin for Nidus depicts the Infested Warframe in a more metallic light. The armor on him takes inspiration from the base Warframe, but it adds a unique spin that makes him look more armored yet more menacing than ever before. The version of Nidus on the right showcases his armor with multiple mutation staღcks, granting him immortality when it reaches high levels. Amazingly, this armor is in the game with few, if any, alterations to its design.
3 Ballas
Players hear of the Orokin constantly and can feel their presence in the way Warfrജaꦏmes are designed. One of the key Orokin members that influenced the entire universe is still alive, and his name is Ballas.
He is responsible for the state Warframe is in, with your characters being asleep and the Lotus guiding you to your true self. Players can act🍬ually meet Ballas in the game during "The Apostasy Prologue" and "Sacrifice" questlines to see how truly demen🐭ted the Orokin were. It gives a face to the torture Warframes and Tenno have seen.
2 Railjack Combat ♛ ꧒
Space combat is one of the coolest things sci-fi games can include. Warframe tried adding space combat wi𒁏th Archwing💦s—ninja jetpacks in space—but that addition fell flat on its face and never took off.
This concept art depicts a massive space battle between Grineer ships and a Railjack, Warframe's ship plꦰayers can control. One of its most recent updates added them to the game, allowing players to explore certain sectors of space to take out enemy fighters, steal cruisers, and get new loot. The scale of Railjack doesn't match what is shown in this concept, but with mu🐽ltiple updates like Digital Extremes is know for, it could be.
1 Plaiওns of Eidoloඣn
A massive Orokin structure towers over a small town of human settlers. This is the Cetus, a small Ostron village in the Plains of Eﷺidolon.
Warframe fans know this place as Warframe's first open-world location, complete with vendors and bounties to complete for new loot. This concept shows the town almost perfectly, with the Ostrons ripping off 🅺entire sections of the tower to consume the meat within. You can't see the bazaar below, but the sheer scale of the image shows how many people trade and mingle in tཧhis town, just like it is in the actual game.
