Amazon is well aware of how popular New World is, and also knows how long some of you are having to wait as🍰 its servers struggle to cope.

That would all be good news if New World's servers could cope with the traffic. Since its servers are currently capꩲped🌱 at 2000 players each, and there were less than 200 servers at launch, a lot of people wanting to play New World on day one were left in very long queues. Some were waiting for hours to get into a New World server, and Amazon has🌠 been hard at work trying to rectify that.

“We are rapidly adding servers for each region as necessary and updating players as they become available,” Amazon has explained, admitting the traffic on New World's first day was more than it could have ever anticipated. It also reveals that a log-in issue suffered by some players also contributed to the queues. That problem is also being fixed.
For some players, a fix isn't coming fast enough. That has resulted in 168澳洲幸🌠运5开奖网:New World getting review bombed on Steam with pretty much the only complaint accompanying negative reviews being the wait times to get onto a server. Those reviews haven't hampered its numbers though, as its concurrent peak was the fifth-highest for any game in Steam history. It's currently the second most active game on Steam behind CS:GO.
At more than 700,000 concurrent players at its very early peak, New World has already attracted more players on Steam at any one time than games like Among Us, GTA 5, Apex Legends, and Destiny 2. It will be interesting to see if New World can break that record or venture further into the top five as Amazon adds and expands the game's servers.
