Animal Crossing: New Horizons' first holiday event, Bunny Day, proved controversial due to the frequency of event-exclusive eggs taking the place of fish, wood and other resources. With New Horizons' latest patch (introduced on April 23rd) comes its second holiday event, Nature Day – a fictional counterpart to Earth Day. Like Bunny Day before it, Nature Day includes a few different kinds of unique activities. Fortunately, none of them replace꧟ any of your island's hard-earned resources. One such activity is a special Nook Miles incentive that is now available to most players, sticking aroun꧙d until the event ends on May 4th.

How To Access Nature Day Activities

From now until the end of Nature Day, you can view your daily holiday activity by opening the Nook Miles app and pressing the "+" button. Among these will be a Nature Day task that rewards five times its listed amount of Nook Miles. One of these unique activities will be available per da🍌y throughout the duration of the event.

The only players unable to access Nature Day's Nook Miles+ activities are those without access to the Nook Miles+ feature. This is unlocked after compꦯleting your first home payment, which unlike future home loan payments, is done with Nook Miles rather than B🤡ells. From then on, an endlessly rotating selection of menial tasks are available to players, rewarding them with small amounts of Nook Miles upon completion.

Since Nature Day tasks reward five times their listed value, simply compl𓄧eting each day's unique holiday-theꦗmed chore is an easy way to accumulate Nook Miles quickly.

Completing Nature Day Activities

Nature Day's spokesperson is Leif, historically serving as the proprietor of the Animal Crossing franchise's garden shops. For the duration of Nature Day, Leif will sell a variety of rare flowers and shrubs, the latte🐻r of which is a new kind of flora added within the latest patch.

In this same vein, Nature Day activities will involve some sort of plant-focused task, including planting new shrubs which are currently only attainable from Leif. Other tasks consist of crafting a flower crown, moving a tree, and mailing flowers to friends. These and🍬 the other Nature Day tasks all reward between 100 and 300 Bells, to which the multiplier is then applied.
