In the elevated levels of your toꦏwn, you’ll instead find Cedar Trees. Though both of these trees have different looks, their uses are essentially the same.

If a tree isn’t an Oak or Cedar, it’s a fruit tree. Traditional Fruit Trees look like Oaks but grow fruit. The f🙈inal type of tree that can end up in your town is a Palm Tree, best known for growing coconuts.

9 You Can Make Money With Foreign Fruit T🌟rees

There will be a single type of Fruit Tree ꧑scattered across your new island. It can either grow chꦿerries, apples, oranges, pears, or peaches. This is a native fruit.

The Nooklings will buy each piece of native fruit for 100 bells each. If you acquire foreign fruit, howeve🃏r, the 🐓price they pay will be much higher.

Foreign fruit can be found on Mystery Island Tours, taken from friends’ islands, or given to players by their neighbors or Mom. While coconuts will only sell💦 for 250 bells꧟, the rest of the foreign fruit will go for 500 bells each, so get busy planting!

8 💛 Growing Trees Is Easy 🐓

If you want to grow a Fruit Tree, you’ll have to bury a piece of fruit in a hole with your s✃hovel. If you want to grow an Oak Tree or Cedar Tree, you’ll have to plant a sapling, which can be purchased from Nook’s Cranny or occasionally discovered in the♎ recycling box at Resident Services.

Trees must have at least one empty block of space around them in 🐠all directions in order to grow. If you plant a sapling in a wrong spot, you can move it by digging it up with your shovel.

Planted saplings take three days to grow into a full-sized tree and four days to bear fruit. After the fruit is pꦰicked, more will grow back in another threeꩲ days.

7 Mon🅺ey Can Grow On Trees 🌠

The one type of🅠 tree we didn’t mention is the Money Tree. Though this tree looks like a♍n Oak, it will produce three bags of bells a single time after it is planted.

In order to plant a money tree, you’ll have to dig up the 1,000 bells fro🍸m the glowing spot hidden somewhere in your town every day. Plant more bells in that same spot, and a few days later, there will be three bell bags growing on the newly grown tree.

If you plant 10,000, you will be guaranteed that three bags of bells worth 10,000 each will grow on a tree. If you plant more than 10,000, the numb🙈er of bells growing on the tree will be more random.

6 Furniture Can Fall♏ Out Of Trees ⭕

Every day, two pieces of . The items are random, but the reward is great as acquiring this furniture would normally require you to spend lots of bells at Nook’s Cr🎀anny.

The furnitur𒆙e is alwa♛ys hidden in a non-fruit tree and will randomly fall out after you shake it.

5 S⛎ome Bugs Can Only Be Found In Trees ⛎

While many bugs can be found flying♏ around town, sitting on a rock, or hiding in the flowers, there are some species that can only be discovered on or in trees.

Bugs like the Walking Stick and Saw Stag are known to cling to the trunks of trees. Others like sp𒐪iders and bagworms fall from a shaken tree. Finally, species like the Jewel Beetle and Violin Bee🌠tle are found exclusively on tree stumps.

4 🌄 You Can Get Crafting Resources From Tr🅘ees

One of the most basic crafting materials in New Horizons is𝔉 the tree branch. These can be found laying under trees randomly or by shaking them. There is no limit to how many branches can be harveꦆsted from a single tree, so keep shakin’.

The other primary resource that can be harvested from trees is wood. There are three types of wood, and up to three pieces can be taken from a single tree at a time by chopping at it with an Axe. While a tree will be cut down if you hit it too many times with a regular Axe, a Flimsy Axe can be used to collect tree resourcജes without knocking it down in the process.

The final resource that can be gotten by shaking a tree is a Wasp Nest. Be careful because wasps will sting you. But after they leave, you can harvest their nests to make medicine and special i🐷tems.

3 Bells Can Be Found In Trees 🍷

As fun as it is to find a new bug or a branch inside a tree, it’s even mo♒re fun to find bells.

Bells aren’t just found in money trees; Th🐻ey’re also found in regular trees. When you shake a tree, 100 bells will fall out at random. Though this isn’t a lot, it adds up quickly if you shake multiple trees in a row.

2 You Can Move Trees 💃

If you’re not happy with where a tree is in your town you can cut it down. If you’d rather save it, however, New Horizons will allow you to move it.

All you have to do is e♛at a piece of fruit, and you’ll be able to pick up a tree with your shovel. Replant it in a new location, and you’re done!

As the seasons change, so do the trees.

Because Animal Crossing syꦐncs up with the regular🐠 clock, the trees change looks throughout the year.

In the Northern Hemisphere, trees will be lush and green in the summer and covered in snow in the winter.
