Enter 𓆏the maze yourself and lure the Chinchilla to the bottom layer of the room. Move it to the depression in the floor below to leave it on the green button to open the top hatch. Then, jump tp the middle platform, drop the Slinky on the button, and jump up into the maze yourself. This chest is on the le♎ft once you jump to where the chest was originally.
