We're a few weeks into Apex Legends' 5th Season, Fortune's Favor, and loyal players have now experienced a taste of the new Hunts. So far, we've only been granted access to the first two brief missions, with the third arriving next week. Knowing Respawn, you'd think these atmospheric, story-based quests would be packed with Easter Eggs and hidden secrets, but alas, nothing game-changing has been found. As far as minor tidbits that have been discovered – we've got you covered.

Shoot Spooky Flyers For Golden Goodies

If you take the time to look around in the first two Hunts, you can spot ghost flyers that carry golden boxes. The loot in these golden boxes isn't fixed, so players have a shot at🔴 getting a number of golden items out of it. Just watching the spooky creatures fly through the night sky is cool enough – but it's even better if you shoot it down for a Kraber.

As far as other golden loot, straying from the intended quest path won't yield too much, but you can find loot bins containing golden Spitfires. Unlik⛎e the flyer boxes, these Spitfires seem to be fixed in specific loot bins within each of the first two hunts. Before you proceed, it's worth notin🔯g that there are spoilers ahead regarding the 2nd hunt.

You Can Murder Wattson In Cold Blood

The best tidbit of information we discovered in the 2nd hunt was that you can actually murder Wattson in cold blood. We now know that she had a scripted "death" during this quest, adding tension to certain legends' relationships. Regardless, it is implied that she will recover based on the follow-up dialogue, unlocked after comꦦpleting the mission.

There is a way to spice things up, however. You can actually cut the mid-mission dialogue short by attacking Wattson while she's bleeding out. This will, in fact, kill her – ending the legends' radi𓆉o dialogue instantly. Is it a terrible thing to do? Yes. Should you do it anyways? Yes.

There Are Doors That Refuse To Be Doors

Lastly, the only thing that we found when searching for Easter Eg♌gs – were locked doors. Interestingly enough, nearing these doors will cause the word "Locked" to appear on your screen, something we haven't seen before. Kicks do no damage to these doors and attempting to open them regularly will turn the "locked" text from white to yellow. There isn't much to this factoid, but we found it peculiar regardless.

We're curious if other players managed to find anything we might've missed, but really, it simply looks like there wasn't much Respawn left for players to discover within t🃏he first two hunts. Either that... or they are getting way too good at hiding Easter Eggs.
