In the surprisingly dark trailer, we hear Blisk as he narrates the video, speaking almost as if he were speaking to new recruits. He says that "Legend" is just a name. It's not about how hard you fall, or even getting back up. It's about a legacy and that means leavinꦍg a mark. He says all of this—which we've paraphrased—while our new Legend Rampart finishes off her opponent (who is laying on the ground) by setting up her Gatling gun at point-blank range and letting the bullets fly.
It's a fitting reintroduction for the psychopathic Blisk, who's favorite motto is, "I kill you, I'm better. You kill me, you're better" and actively bui𝄹lds an army of what he considers to be "Apex" predators. Lore aside for now, giꦯves us a good look at what is going to be coming to the games in Season Six.
Not only are we getting new Battle Pass items, but we are also ge🤪tting a change in the way combat will work, new maps, and a brand new weapon. We got the briefest of views of what they are calling "crafting" in the game that l🐭ooks like you will be able to bring in weapons of your choice if you can get it all set up. Of course, the process looks slow, so you'll be extremely vulnerable if you attempt to take advantage of this change.
What really makes this season special, though, is the end of the trailer. Blisk says that there is, "something big on ꦑthe horizon" as we pan out on a Hammoཧnd rocket and he encourages us to remember that he'll be watching.
It looks like the devs really are gearing up for something big. It's anyone's guess what that is, but it wouldn't be out of the realm of possibility to see a new Titanfall game next year. Speculation aside, the addition of Rampart, new changes to the map, and a new 🌄weapon are all very cool updates for Season Six. If you've been out of the game for a little while, now is the time to get back into it.
