Her Backstory
Anyone familiar with Apex Legends' lore has already met Loba. During Revenant's teaser trailer, he arrived at a fancy restaurant and slaughtered a whole mess of people. Two of his most prominent targets turned out to 🍒be Loba's parents. At the very end of the trailer, you can see her as a 9-year old child crying over the body of her father. Needless to say, she might have🌟 a justifiable cause for revenge.
As a result of very quickly becoming an orphan, Loba was forced to🌳 turn to a life of crime in order to survive. She turned out to be really good at stealing things and became an expert thief. Her biggest score involved the acquisition of a fancy gadget known as a Jump Drive. This device allows her to teleport, which in turn allowed her to get into more secure locations to nab more valuable objects and become filthy rich.
Being a world-class thief seemed to be enough for Loba, and any thought of the evil robot skeleton man that murdered her family seemed to be pushed to the back of her mind. That is, until Revenant became the latest bloodthirsty competitor to join Apex Legends. His re-emergence brought bac🐎k all the painful memories of her past, and soon her ♐quest for vengeance was renewed.
Loba arrived at King's Canyon with the goal of ending Revenant permanently. She would destroy an entire factory full of duplicate Revenant bodies - which also leads to Skull Town and Thunderdome being mostly wiped off the map - although that wouldn't be enough to spell the end of the grumpy simulacrum. Now, as Loba searches for a way to exterminate Revenant once a🔥nd for all, she'll participate in the Apex games, shooting other Legends and trying to steal as much loot as she can.
Her Abilities
Loba's skills as a thief translate t𝐆o some unique abilities as a Legend:
Tactical Ability: Burglar's Best Friend
As mentioned before, Loba has access to a Jump Dr𒁃ive that allows her to teleport around the map. She tosseꦫs her bracelet to an area she wants to go and is able to zap to that spot in an instant. This could be useful if the player wants to get to a higher vantage point for sniping or to get out of a sticky situation or firefight.
Passive Ability: Eye For Quality
A master thief needs to know what items are the most lucrative. Lobaꦦ's expertise allows her to see epic and legendary items through walls. This enables her and her team to know where the best loot is stored. It does have a limited range so she won't be able to spot gold armor from miles away, but this could be very ha🃏ndy in helping her and her team find the gear they need to survive.
Ultimate Ability: Black Market Boutique
King's Canyon or World's Edge seem like the last places you'd want to se൲t up a shop, yet that's wha🌞t Loba's ult does. Black Market Boutique places a device that sucks in nearby loot. This will then let herself and her teammates choose up to two items from this haul of equipment. Just be warned, enemies will also be able to access this storefront too, so be careful about where you decide to place your boutique.
