Team Deathmatch puts two teams of six teams against each otꦚher, taking place over two rounds. Mapsꩵ are on rotations, and each round changes the weapon loadouts available to you, but you can change weapons or Legend at any time. The first team to win two rounds reaching 30 kills in each is crowned the winner.

8 Gibraltar

Is Apex Legends Esports Abandoning Gibraltar (4)

Big Gibby is always going to be a favourite, regardless of the mode in question. He has a ton of survivability which isn't necessary for TDM since you can respawn infinitely and in very little time. Gibraltar's Dome Shield and orbital strike Ultimate are incredibly useful here for your teams, letting you provide relief with a shield in the thick of combat.

While team play is encouraged in this mode, Gibraltar can easily go at it alone. In a scenario where you're caught out by yourself, you can buy time with the Dome Shield. Conversely, if you're sticking with your team, you can do the same for everyone. He's a win-win, all-rounder type of Legend perfect for this mode and various playstyles.

7 Rampart

Apex Legends - Rampart Holds her minigun Sheila

Rampart is exceဣllent for defence in the normal Battle Royale mode, but her Tactical and Ultimate can be used in a significantly more aggressive way in TDM. Placing walls on top of buildings or at chokepoints will let you mow your foes down and protect you from any incoming fire.

Throw in the fact you can take her turret Sheila with you and go ham on your enemies makes her one of the better Legends to get ahead in this game mode. Better yet, even keeping Sheila fixed in one place would be beneficial if you can ♒get a good angle on people. The only way to deal with you is if the other team has a sniper.

6 Octane

Apex Legends - Octane official promo image of him holding an RE-45

This mode was almost made for Octane. Arguably, Octane is one of the least 'team-player' orientated Legends due to how he can speed off on his own, leaving his team in the dust if you're feeling thirsty for kills. In Battle Royale, this could end in a hilariously quick death, but in Team Deathmatch, this is excellent.

Using a Stim and rushing headlong into combat, knowing you're going to respawn a few seconds after death, gives you unlimited confidence in your positioning and flanking. You barely have to worry that using a Stim costs HP because his passive will naturally regenerate it. Realistically, this means Octanes should never bother to heal and keep the proverbial Oct-train tearing down the tracks.

5 Fuse

Apex Legends - Fuse stands over a body while holding a drink in his hand

Everyone's favourite grenade-slinging Aussie is going to feel right at home in Team Deathmatch. Old Fusey's Ultimate isn't going to get a whole lot of play here, but his Knuckle Cluster will keep pressure on the enemy team as well as help you rack up damage. Fuse can fire grenades halfway across these maps too, which is fun in its own right.

Granted, he doesn't get to make full use of being able to stack multiple grenades, but he will still be able to keep consistent pressure and damage on folk trying to hide behind rocks and catch them out of position. Choosing Fuse as your main Legend for Team Deathmatch will help the entire squad, just don't ricochet any clusters off the back of your allies' heads.

4 Ash

Ash is another movement-focused Legend, letting her reposition in the blink of an eye by using her Ultimate. Due to the smaller map size for the Team Deathmatch games, Ash's Ultimate will let you clear half of a map in one go, or in Skull Town specifically, get to higher ground in a pinch. Her Tactical is simply a nice benefit, but her Passive won't see any helpful play at all.

Pinning a fleein🐎g enemy in place is incre🔯dibly useful for everyone, letting you focus fire on whoever you manage to snag with it. All in all, Ash shines in these more close-quarter scaled-down maps because it emphasises how much of a difference it makes being able to travel around.

3 Valkyrie

Valkyrie has gone through some painful nerfs over recent seasons, but she remains incredibly enjoyable to play. Her jetpacks are especially useful in TDM for getting around any elevations or gaps you otherwise might lose time traversing. Speed is always k🧔ey in Apex, and this is true in Team Deathmatch. Her kit lets you mainly focus on running and gunning, which is perfect for t♎he fast pace of this mode.

Not to mention, Valk has one of the cooles💮t and most fun Ultimates to use at any given moment. The launch is spectacular, and it reveals the position of any enemies you happen to see while flying overhead. This isn't especially helpful in TDM, other than revealing the position of enemies and hunting them.

2 Revenant

Revenant is an incredibly useful Legend to play in any situation. His Ultimate isn't the one in TDM, but his Tactical is extremely busted. In a pitched gunfight where you don't need to worry about dying, you can rush ahead after getting a silence on your enemies and disrupt multiple options if your team swarms them.

The cherry on top is his positioning capabilities. He has the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:unique ability to scale w🐭alls like a feral demon, which can be used to spectacular effect in the right situations. Climbing the buildings of Skull Town to get the drop on anyone up high will be a shock for anyone on the receiving end of this type of surprise attack. He's quick and quiet, and you can perform any risky climbs with zero consequences.

1 Pathfinder 🔥

Apex Legends - Pathfinder stands with a blue sad face appearing on his monitor

Thanks to Path's new buff in the Revelry update, he is one of the strongest Legends to use in Team Deathmatch. His manoeuvrability was already top-tier, but now his Zipline's max range has been increased by 60 percent, and you travel substantially faster while on them, similar to Ziprail speed on Broken Moon.

All of these natu𒐪ral abilities for Path have been enhanced, making him even more mobile with Ziplines that can almost cover an entire map. If you want a Legend who excels at striking it ou🐷t alone and can get themselves in and out of binds as easily as breathing, Pathfinder should be your top choice when dropping into TDM.
