168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Apex Legends has a lot of guns now, but not all of them are as impactful as they used to be. When's the last time you cared about the P2020? Or the Mozambique? Or the Triple Take? These weapons and many more are almost auto-tosses as soon as you find anything remotely more powerful.
If you're having these thoughts, know that you're not alone. A frustrated Apex fan recently beseeched Respawn's John Larson, Apex Legends live balance designer, to do something about the game's ever-growing loot pool.
Larsᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚon took the blow to the Bocek Bow in stride and even offered a hint of things to come. "We got stuff in mind," Larson . "We know we can’t keep releasing weapons without considering the health of the loot pool."
In the replies, another user suggested that Apex Legends go down the Warzone route and just make everyone start with the P2020 pistol. Larson responded to say they'd thought about doing that and the jury is still out internally on whether Apex Legends should let people start with a gun or not.
"This was a hot topic when we were implementing starter kits," Larson. "I was against it because of how quickly a coordiꦦnated team could wipe a solo on a contested drop. It’s already a common strat in high-level ranked. The initial gun scramble buys some time for everyone to react."
Larson didn’t offer any deets on whether there will be a balance pass or a rotating pool or weapons in the main battle royale mode of Apex. But honestly, I think giving everyone a P2020 couldn’t b𒀰e such a bad thing. There’d still be a mad scramble for guns at the beginning and it’d even result in a few hilarious pistol shootouts if teams land next to each other.
It’d also give you something to fend off the Prowlers if you accidentally land too close to a nest. Harry has been having a devil of a time with 168澳洲幸运5开奖🔯网:Prowlers blindsiding him during firefights, so a pistol start would be a big boon.
