Apple's♋ biggest splash in any given year is usually the launch of a new iPhone. A day on which those who have to have the latest model queue outside Apple stores before they've even opened, eager to hand over $1,000+ for the newest iPhone at the earliest opportunity. 2024 will be a little different, though. Apple is getting into the virtual reality game, and its first foray into that developing space launches on February 2 via the Vision Pro.
Apple revealed its Vision Pro will be released on February 2 via today, confirming if you want to buy one in person, the headset will be available at its stores throughout the US. If you want to make sure you're among the f✅irst to own a Vision Pro before then, you'll be able to place pre-orders for the device starting from 9 am EST on January 19. Do bear in mind how much the Vision Pro will cost before you place your pre-order or pop into t⛦own to pick one up.

The Apple Vision Pro Headset Will Make Or Break Apple's Future
The Apple Vision Pro is packed wಞith a⛦mazing features, but the jury is out on whether they'll work as intended
When Apple unveiled the Vision Pro last year, the lofty price was the biggest takeaway for a lot of people both in attendance and watching on at home. The headset will cost $3,499, significantly more than other VR headsets currently on the market. More or less seven times the amount of the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Meta Quest 3 and the PS VR2, the latter of which also being accused of having a high price tag during its first year, although that's largely due to the lack of an accompanying game library and needing to also own a PS5 to use it.
The Apple Vision Pro won't be relying on a library of VR games, and I'm still undecided on whether that's a good or a bad thing. Unlike the PS VR 2 and Meta's headsets, the Vision Pro isn't being marketed as a device on which to play video games. Sure, you'll be able to use it to play games on 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Apple Arcade, but its creators arꦰe keen to make it clear that the headset can be used for so much more. Use it to watch movies, relive memories𝕴 saved on your devices, or even change the environment around you to make it feel like you're somewhere entirely different.
It will be fascinating to see how many people are willing to part with almost $3,500 to see if 𝕴the Vision Pro lives up to the Apple hype, and even more interesting to hear from those people and if they can convince others it's worth the money. If you're one of those people, you can pre-order your Vision Pro from January 19, and use it for the first time on February 2.
