However, with the right equipment, and the correct mindset, you will find that the Juggernaut is actually a pretty manageable boss to take down.

We'll take you through that aspect, as well as break down all the Juggernaut's attacks. With our help, you'll send this tank off to the scrapheap in no time!

AC Build

The biggest factor in winning this battle is your build. Your focus here should be on acquiring a pair of Reverse-Joint legs. Luckily, those will have unlocked after com💞pleting the previous mission—how fortuitous. In this battle, the more time you spend on the ground the more time you are going to get pounded. So,🎀 without question, those legs are the most important aspect.

Now, beyond the legs, you will also probably want to bring a Vvc-760PR Plasma Rifle along. It doesn't have to be the Plasma Rifle, there are actually harder-hitting weapons available to you with explosive properties. What we like about the Plasma Rifle is how it has splash damage, allowing you to land hits easily while above the Juggernaut, while also being light and not affecting your mobility.

Lastly, we think the Plasma Blade is an excellent fit for this encounter. Once you have the rhythm of the figꦑht, they can be used to stagger the g෴iant tank quickly and pile on some big damage.

HA-T-102 Juggernaut's Attacks

Cannon Shot

This is the Juggernaut's most powerful attack, however, it isn't actually likely to land unless you are completely stationary. Its lack of homing properties simply makes it ineffective at range. Simply dodge the Cannon Blast in any direction.

Missile Launcher

Much like the cannon, this is a powerful attack, but since the Juggernaut's missiles don't track, it isn't going to land on you unless you are stunned. A side strafe, or simply ascending into the air will get you out of the way in time.

Ram

This is where Juggernaut gets extremely dangerous. If you get by this attack, then you will take a substantial amount of damage. Worse yet, the Juggernaut's ram is blindingly fast. That's right, it may be a tank, but this beast can turn on a dime and mash you in seconds. When the battle starts, the Juggernaut will charge forward with this attack. The best way to avoid it is to get into the air as qu💮ickly as possible.

You will take damage if Juggernaut backs into you as well, but the reverse version of this attack is far less damaging. Don't even worry about it.

Land Mines

And here we have it, the second part of the Juggernaut's one-two-punch combo. This attack lays mines all around the battlefield. These will do significant damage, and it makes strafing an absolute nightmare. And the Juggernaut doesn't just throw a few out at you, it will toss out dozens of them.

If theꦚ Juggernaut runs over a mine, it can set off a chain reactioꦛn, so watch out!

HA-T-102 Juggernaut Strategy

Armored Core 6, HA-T-102 Juggernaut Boss, Firing on the tank from above

For starters, the only way to injure the Juggernaut is by attacking the battery on its back. While this giant may be a tank, it certainly isn't slow like one. That being said, the first half of this battle will be quite simple. The Juggernaut will focus on rusty, and you will be able to shoot it in the back. Easy peasy.

Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end. Halfway through the battle, Rusty will leave you, and you will be forced to battle this behemoth all alone. Worse yet, it will now start spreading mines everywhere. This means that the Juggernaut is a frighteningly quick boss, that will force you to dodge frequently, which will often cause you to dash straight into a mine. And how are you supposed to hit its back when it is constantly drifting and is blazingly f♏ast?

Well, this is when you realize that the Juggernaut is here to teach you that you aren't playing a Souls game. Take to the sky friend. None of this boss's attacks have homing properties, so you don't have to worry about it clipping you while you are flying around. If you have those Reverse-Joint legs we recommended you equip, you will only touch down briefly before launching yourself back into the air.

Armored Core 6, HA-T-102 Juggernaut Boss, Healing in a safe place

🔜If you do get injured, this arena has a ledge where the Juggernaut cannot go. Land there and heal back up before re-engaging the boss.

While in the sky, rain down electricity with your Plasma Rifle. Since the rounds explode into little electric spheres, you won't have to hit the battery directly, just get close to it. Your main concern will be landing in a spot that isn't covered in mines before taking off again.

Follow this strategy and you will eventually take the Juggernaut down. If you try to take a more grounded approach, you will likely die dozens of times. With this boss, Armored Core 6 is teaching you a lesson about how important adaptation is. Don't be a hero. Learn that lesson!
