There are hundreds of ways to customize your Armored Core in each game, and choosing the right weapon for missions is essential. Enter the Karasawa laser rifles. Originally named after the original game's producer, Yasuyoshi Karasawa, these rifles are a beloved part of the Armored Core series. While some versions are better than others, they still reign as some of the best weapons in the games.

10 ෴ ꧅X00 Karasawa

Futuristic Arm Shaped X00 Karasawa Laser Rifle And Verdict Day AC Shooting At An Enemy

The Karasawa rifle for Armored Core Verdict Day, the X00 Karasawa is the successor to Armored Core V's LR-81 Karasawa. The rifles look identical and share many of the same stats, but due to the X00's energy requirements, it is vastly inferior to its predecessor.

Like the LR-81, the X00 does a massive 10,253 TE damage. The downside is that the weapon only has four shots, and drains almost 20,000 more energy per shot than the LR-81. This is a major investment, especially considering the rifle's weight.

9 🍎 LR-81 Karasawa

Gun Metal LR-81 Karasawa Laser Rifle And AC Shooting At Multiple Enemies

The LR-81 is a powerhouse of a weapon. With 10,235 TE damage, there are few things that can stand up to a direct ✅hit from the rifle. Like with all games, though, the weapon is a little too strong for its own good, as it only has four shots.

The limited ammo makes the weapon only suitable for situations where you know you won't need many shots and can sacrifice steady DPS for burst damage. This limits the weapon's practicality in missions and makes it a high-risk, high-reward weapon for multiplayer.

8 WH04HꦦL-K𓆉RSW

Laser Rifle With A Long Barrel And Fin-like Part Above The Trigger Well. AC Practicing In The Test Arena

Appearing in the Armored Core Nexus era of the games, the WH04HL-KRSW rifle is the weakest Karasawa from the third-generation games. With only 1,140 damage and 30 rounds, the weapon is 🦄barely worth using when considering how amazing the rifle is in other iterationܫs of the series.

The WH04HL also has one of the highest energy costs per shot 𒁏of all the Karasawa rifles, which makes it difficult to use on lighter ACs. The only upside to the weapon was that it could be used in both the left and right arms, but as with all versions of the Karasawa, the weight 🌳of the weapon makes this an impractical tactic.

7 Au-L-K37

Woodsaw Shaped Laser Rifle With White Wires And AC Fighting Another AC While Boosting In The Air

The Armored Core Verdict Day's smaller Karasawa, the Au-L-K37 is a middle ground between the Au-L-K29 and the X00 Karasawa. While it has the same equip weight as the more powerful X00, the Au-L-K37 uses almost three-quarters less energy per round to shoot.

In terms of damage, the Au-L-K37 hits for 5,535 TE dam🌞age, which is a little over half of that of the X00. This lower damage is made up, however, by the Au-L-K37 having 12 rounds, putting the total damage the weapon is capable of outputting at 66,636 — a good 20,000 more damage than the X00 Karasawa is capable 🎃of.

6 ♕ LR-81M KRSW

LR-81M KRSW Laser Rifle On Blue Grid Background And Pink AC Standing On Cliff

The little sister of the LR-81 Karasawa, the LR-81M KRSW is the more practical of the two rifles. Doing a third of the damage than the LR-81 Karasawa and weighing the same, you'd think the LR-81M KRSW wasn't worth using, but its 40-round ammo supply would beg to differ.

Aside from having more ammo, the LR-81M also has a significantly faster reload time, allowing you to put three rounds down range for every round the LR-81 puts out. Using the two in tandem isn't a horrible idea, but if you choose to do this make sure you consider the almost 2,000 energy drain you'll put on your AC from just having them equipped.

5 Au-L-K29

Black And White Laser Rifle With Large Trigger Well And Quad AC Fighting On A Bridge

The♛ Au-L-K29 is the Verdict Day successor of the LR-81M KRSW. Unlike the X00 Karasawa, which was heavily nerfed from its predecessor, the Au-L-K29 was actualᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚly improved.

Almost all the stats between the LR-81M and the Au-L-K29 are the same, except for the energy cost per shot, which was lowered from 16,800 down to 9,400. This decrease allows for mobile combat with the Au-L-K2🧜9 and with its 40 rounds, the Au-L-K29 is definitely the best Karasawa rifle of the Armored Core fifth generation.

4 💖 HLR01-Canopus

Silver Laser Rifle With Long Hand Grip And NEXT Fighting MTs

Easily forgotten as a Karasawa rifle due to its name, the HLR01-Canopus is the only fourth-generation Karasawa. It is the heaviest of all the Karasawa rifles, though this is mostly due to the fact that 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Armored Core mechs are replaced with the much larger NEXT mechs.

In terms of relative damage, the Canopus is a strong-hitting rifle that does 6,644 damage with 8,910 Primal Armor piercing. It has 60 rounds, which is more than any other version of the Karasawa, as well as the second-longest range. It is a solid, balanced weapon, and definitely worth using if you're playing Armored Core 4 or Armored Core: For Answer.

3 🔴 MWG-Karasawa

Laser Rifle With Four Barrels With Orange Light On The Side And AC Fighting An MT With Missiles Flying At It

Appearing in Armored Core 3 and Silent Line: Armored Core, the MWG-Karasawa is the strongest of the third generation's Karasawas. When compared to its successor, the WH04HL-KRSW, the MWG is a monster.

Not only does the MWG have more damage than the WH04HL, but it also has 20 more rounds and each round fired costs 1,000 energy less. The only drawback ꩲt💧o the MWG is that it is 200 more weight points than the WH04HL, but that hardly matters in the grand scheme of things.

2 🗹 ༺ Karasawa-MK2

Scissor Shaped Laser Rifle With Three Vents On The Barrel And Red Markings. AC Locking Missiles Onto Enemy MT

The Karasawa for Armored ꧂Core 2, Armored Core 2: Another Age, Silent Line Portable Edition, and Last Raven Portable, the Karasawa-MK2 has earned its place as one of the best rifles in the series. While the stats vary slightly between the iterations, the weapon never receives any downgrades like some of the other Karasawas do between their games.

Over all of its appearances, the MK2 puts out 1,5ඣ80 damage per shot. In Armored Core 2 and Armored Core 2: Another Age, the weapon also had splash damage, but this was removed in the portable versions. The portable versions reduce the ammo supply of the MK2 and change the energy usage or drain of the gun, but these changes do not make lower the potential of the MK2 in any way.

1 WG-1-Karasawa ꦰ 🐻

Silver Scissor Shaped Laser Rifle With Fin On The Bottom Of The Trigger Well. Purple And Green AC Shooting Round MT

1997's original Karasawa, the WG-1-Karasawa is hands down the most overpowered of all the rifles. It appears in Armored Core, Armored Core: Project Phantasm, and Armored Core: Master of Arena. It is the lightest of all Karasawa rifles and has the lowest energy cost per round of the family as well.

Additionally, the WG-1 has a 10,000 range, which is twenty times more than any other rifle. Damage and ammo-wise, the WG-1 sits in the middle of the pack, but with its ridiculously low reload time stat of eight, the WG-1-Karasawa is a rifle that is 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:a product of its age. The weapon is incredibly unbalanced, and it is unlikely we w🌳ill ever see another Karasawa as ridiculous as this one.
