After running into another trainer who fought with a style that seemed great for Ash’s Sirfetch’d, it seemed almost certain that we were about to see Ash, yet again, leave another of his Pokemon in someone else’s care.

But apparently Ash has finally chosen to grow as a trainer and really put in the work to b⛄ond and battle effectively with his P🅰okemon going forward, as he held onto Sirfetch’d. Though it took 20+ years for Ash to get to this point, better late than never!
