Harbiyah
Once you have been given free rein to start your journey as an assassin, you will be spending a lot of time in Harbiyah. This will be your primary stomping ground for the opening section of the game. So, it only makes sense that you will want to, at the very least, acquire all these viewpoints.
Factory District Viewpoint
-
Treasure Chest?
-
No
This Viewpoint is likely to be the first you synchronize with. It is directly north of the Harbiyah Bureau—which is one of your first objectives. If you have stumbled too far nortꦿh, it is southwest of the Dyeing Factory and Southeast of the Metal Factory.
Great Mosque Viewpoint
-
Treasure Chest?
-
No
If you travel west of the Harbiyah Bureau, you will run into the Great Mosque on the East side of Harbiyah. There isn't anything too remarkable about this tower, though it does have a latticed window, so you will need to break that with your knives to get inside and get at that treasure.
Nestorian Monastery Viewpoint
-
Treasure Chest?
-
No
This viewpoint is located on the northeastern tip of Harbiyah. If you follow the coast north, you will inevitably encounter the Monastery. This Viewpoint is quite simply on top of that Monastery. You won't even need to fight anybody to get to it!
Prince's Palace Viewpoint
-
Treasure Chest?
-
No
Travel east of the Harbiyah Bureau and you will find this viewpoint tower. It is southeast of the Upper Harbor, west of the Prince's Palace, and located just south of this area's blacksmith. This is another straightforward climb with a lattice window halfwaꦍy up.
Round City
The Round City is most notable in how hostile it is during the beginning of the game. Even entering the city in the first place takes some doing. There are four Viewpoints located here in total, and inside you will find that they have some packed treasure chests.
However, unlike the other chests you will encounter, these chests will require Merchant Favor Tokens in order to open. Generally, they tend to contain some pretty nice resources, so we'd say it is worth spending the Token. However, you may want to do some pickpocketing and stock up on Merchant Tokens before you enter into the Round City, though.
Mazalim Courts Viewpoint
-
Treasure Chest?
-
Yes (Merchant Token)
This Viewpoint is directly west of the Mazalim Courts and north of the Palace of the Green Dome—which is at the center of the Round City. All toﷺld, it is a standard Viewpoint that i🍨s a little on the tall side.
Shurta Headquarters Viewpoint
-
Treasure Chest?
-
Yes (Merchant Token)
This Viewpoint is north of the Shurta Headquarters and east of the Palace of the Green Dome. One of the elements that should be pointed out is that when scaling this tower you will need to make more jumps, so holding up won't be enough. This one is a more active climb and involves figuring out the route a little more.
Harem Viewpoint
-
Treasure Chest?
-
Yes (Merchant Token)
This Viewpoint is south of the Harem and south of the center of the Palace of the Green Dome. The Harem Viewpoint is very similar to the other Viewpoints in the Round City region. It has the Merchant Token chest, it is a more active climb... There is little more to distinguish them.
Palace Of The Green Dome
-
Treasure Chest?
-
No
This Viewpoint is directly in the middle of the Round City on top of the Palace Of The Green Dome. While we said there are no treasure chests, it is hard to say where the Viewpoint begins and the Palace Of The Green Dome ends. The palace itself is filled to the gills with treasures.
One of the most notable aspects of this Viewpoint is that it is in hostile territory, so you will need to sneak or fight your way to this one. You will also need to get past the wall that circles the palace. A good place to enter is by way of the scaffolding south of the Mazalim Courts.
This does mean that if you teleport to this Viewpoint you won't be able to quick travel away, you will need to leave the hostile territory first.
Karkh
Karkh is south of the Round City, and it shares a border with Abꩲbasiyah, which is west of it. There are three Viewpoints in Karkh. One is directly west of the southmost Abbasiyah Viewpoint. Then there is another near the gate that leads to The Round City, and one more on the easter end⭕.
Al-Mi'dhana Al-'Ateeqa Viewpoint
-
Treasure Chest?
-
Yes (normal)
The Al-Mi'dhana Al-'Ateeqa Viewpoint is located on the east end of Karkh. If you head south from the Prince's Palace Viewpoint, you will eventually run into it (or near enough for it to be spotted easily by Enkidu). This viewpoint is pretty unique. For starters, there are a bunch of structures surrounding it that you can climb on top of, so it is extremely easy to get on top. It also has a Tale of Baghdad associated with it! All you need to do is speak to the boy stuck on the🅺 tower a🐼nd then jump into the hay below.
Qadi District Office Viewpoint
-
Treasure Chest?
-
Yes (normal)
The Qadi District Office Viewpoint is located to the west of the Al-Mi'dhana Al-'Ateeqa Viewpoint. Unlike most of the Viewpoints, this one isn't a tower. You can just climb up each level like you would any normal building. There isn't any trick to it. There are also two treasure chests! One on top, and another inside the office. To get in climb in through the balcony. You will need🅰 to push a bookshelf back to reveal this chest.
Monastery of the Virgins Viewpoint
-
Treasure Chest?
-
No
You'll find this Viewpoint in the southern section of the city as a whole. You can't go too much further south before you hit the wilderness. It is just a little northwest of the Pomegranate Gate. As for climbing it, there isn't much to it. Hop onto the dome next to the tower, then hop over.
Abbasiyah
Abbasiyah is west of the Round City. There are three viewpoints, one on the northern border between Abbasiyah and the Wilderness, another in the center, right beside the Abbasiyah Bureau, and another on the southern end of the region. The northmost Abbasiyah Viewpoint is easily the trickiest in the game.
Dome Of The Ass Viewpoint
-
Treasure Chest?
-
Yes (normal)
This viewpoint is located on top of the Dome of the Ass, which is located in the southern section of Abbasiyah. It is also directly west of the Monastery of the Virgins Viewpoint. The chest is located on the roof, up against the dome itself.
Mosque Viewpoint
-
Treasure Chest?
-
Yes (normal)
This viewpoint is a standard tower found to the west of the Round City. It is pretty much in the middle of Abbasiyah. If you head directly south of the Great Mosque Viewpoint in Harbiyah, you'll eventually run into this tower.
Observatory Viewpoint
-
Treasure Chest?
-
Yes (normal)
You will find the Observatory if you head west from the Palace Of The Green Dome and just keep going until you pass into Abbasiyah. Travel toward the Wilderness, but stop short of the wall. The Observatory is actually butting up against the perimeter that separates Abbasiyah from the Wilderness. It is also the most involved climb of the bunch.
Start by climbing up to the rope hanging in front of the building. Walk across that rope and climb up the lattice fence. Now, hop between the beams jutting out of the building, and jump over the fence. From here, push the bookshelf to the other side of the balcony. Climb it and jump up♔ to the roof. From here scale the stone gazebo up 😼top, and you will be able to synchronize.
Northern Wilderness
The Wilderness is, technically, one massive area. However, since it is so ridiculously large, we're separating it into two locations. As the name would imply, the Northern Wilderness is the name we've given to the section of the Wilderness that is North of Baghdad. There are four Viewpoints in total in the northern section of the Wilderness. But you'll need to do some traveling to get to them.
Anbar Viewpoint
-
Treasure Chest?
-
Yes (normal)
This Viewpoint is located in Anbar, which is the starting city of Assassin's Creed Mirage. You will find this tower smack dab in the center of Anbar. While you can climb the tower at the beginning of the game, but you won't be able to synchronize with it yet. Once you have left for Baghdad, though, you can head straight back to Anbar and synchronize with this tower. Just travel to the northwest corner of the map to reach Anbar. You can't miss it.
Northern Oasis Viewpoint
-
Treasure Chest?
-
No
This Viewpoint is easily located if you have already unlocked the Anbar Viewpoint, as you can travel directly east from ꦫthat viewpoint, and you will run directly into the Northern Oasis.
Dur-Kurigalzu Viewpoint
-
Treasure Chest?
-
No
This Viewpoint is southeast of Anbar and north of Caravanserai. This Viewpoint isn't a tower, it is a whole damn mountain. In order to climb it, go to the Southeast corner and start your climb from there.
While there isn't a chest on the mountain, if you dive off of the top of the mountain (where you synchronize, there is a chest in the water. This is also the route to🦩 a Gea🔯r Chest holding the Hidden One dagger!
Water Mill Viewpoint
-
Treasure Chest?
-
No
The Water Mill is in the wilderness, however, it isn't far off from Baghdad. Travel to the eastern section of Harbiyah, from the Great Mosque Viewpoint, travel northwest into the Wilderness. You wil♔l encounter the Watermill. The viewpoint is at the cenღter of this little hub.
Southern Wilderness
Another expansive desert! However, while you will be doing quite a bit of riding, you won't have to work too hard to get these synchronized once you reach them. One viewpoint is located west of the southmost Abbasiyah Viewpoint. Another is north of the e southmost Karkh Viewpoint. The final viewpoint is located near the coast, in the southeast corner of the Wilderness.
Oasis Viewpoint
-
Treasure Chest?
-
No
The Oasis Viewpoint is directly east of the Dome Of The Ass. From there, you just need to climb the mountain. But given that there are ladders to help you up, that isn't much of a challenge.
Sand-Covered Building Viewpoint

-
