The update looks set to go live next week.
Previously, U🦹bisoft updated the Ancient Greece-set Odyssey with a 60fps option for players on Xbox Series X/S and PS5, but its predecessor hasn't seen a siꦚmilar update as of yet. But this looks to change with the new patch although the "Franchise Menu" is less clear. Maybe this will give players the option to buy the sequels to Origins all the more easily once they install the patch for the game?
Although the patch notes was spotted on the PlayStation Store and looks to be exclusive to PS5 owners, Assassin's Creed Origins is also heading to Xbox Game Pass next month.
