Arbaaz Mir is an Kash🐭miri Master Assassin who was a part of the Indian Brotherhood back in the 19th century. Although his appearance is brief, he is shown to be quite capable and is able to stop virtually anyone he is up against. However, his brief appearance also shows that he didn't♛ actually assassinate anyone, which is very surprising for an Assassin's Creed game.
14 💮ဣ Nikolai Andreievich Orelov - 2 Kills
Nikಌolai Orelov is the ancestor for Daniel Cross, on⭕e of the best Templars in the order. He was a member of the Russian Brotherhood and he was responsible for the assassination of two key characters in his video game. Khioniya Guseva and Sergei. However, he later grew to be disillusioned with the order and left.
