Ubisoft'sAssassin's Creed Roguereturns in a new remaster that is looking pretty gooಞd for a three-year-old game.
Titled simplyAssassin’s Creed Rogue Remastered, the revampedRoguetakes you down memory lane as Assassin hunter Shay Patrick Cormac in beautiful 4K 🌼graphics on PlayStation 4 Pro and Xbox Oꦛne X.
But of course, just upping the resolution♎ to 4K isn’t going to cut it for a remaster.that there will be a plethora of visual improvements to go along with it, including higher resolution textures so things look all pretty up close, more pristine shadows so things look better in the shade, and better environment rendering so things look gorgeous while you’re walkin’ outdoors. And since this game takes place i🍷n pre-revolution America, there’s a lot of forest to walk around in still.
Let’s not forget you also get a boat inRogue⛦, so Ubisoft upgraded 🔯the visual effects too. Now, when those cannons fire you should see far more sparks and smoke to go along with the pretty explosion.

Naturally, the remaster will come with all the DLC and expansions nicely all bundled together, including all the weap🐼☂ons, outfits, and items found in theMaster TemplarandExplorerpacks, but Ubisoft recognizes that rehashing a four-year-old game isꦬn’t enough to get players back to their controllers. That’s why they’re also offering up tot🍸ally new content.

Rogue Remasteredwill come with two brand new missions: “The Armor of Sir Gunn” and “The Siege of Fort de Sable”. There's no word from Ubisoft on where you can find them, bu𒈔t there’s sure to be more about that in the coming days. On top of that, there’s a new outfit fromAssassin’s Creed Origins: Bayek’s Legacy. No idea why anyone would want to wear Egyptian robes in the c☂old wilds of colonial A🐻merica, but there you go.
You 💙won’t have to wait long either. The game comes out March 20, a full three years since the original PC release. Although Ubisoft hasn🃏’t mentioned if they’ll revamp the original PC version with the same fancy visuals as the remaster.
