168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Assassin's Creed Valhalla is the twelfth installment to the massively popular and successful Assassin's Creed franchise. It tells the story of Eivor Varinsdottir as they lead the Raven Clan from Norway to England. As they adjust to their new territory, Eivor must gain the favors of kings in order to increase their clan's influence for th✱e sake of their advancement and survival.

The 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:story of the game is🧔n't very complex. It follows a very simple premise, but it does have its noteworthy moments. However, like many stories, there are often things about a narrative that just don't make sense no matter how closely you loo๊k at it. Plot holes, if you will. Assassin's Creed Valhalla is no stranger to this phenomenon.

10 🌌 ൲ Basim Is The Only Reincarnation Who Can Remember His Past

Basim in Assassin's Creed Valhalla

There is absolutely no reason whatsoever that only Basim has the full memory of his past life. Basim is the reincarnation of the Isu Loki, and aside from him, the other reincarnations are Sigurd for Tyr, Halfdan for Thor, and Eiv෴or for Odin.

None of the other reincarnations have a memor♐y of their past life until Sigurd gets tortured or Eivor's toxin-induced visions. It's not as if Loki was more willful to live on as Odin was also very obsessed with surviving. It seems this was only done to drive the story forward 🐬and an explanation was simply brushed off or overlooked.

9 How Eivor Died In Vꦑinland 💜

Assassin's Creed Valhalla Eivor's Feelings On Sigurd's Judgment

During th🎀e early moments of the game, we know that Eivor passed away in Vinland, or modern-day North America, as it is where Layla Hassan and her team discovered her remains. We know that Eivor managed to visit Vinland while searching for her enemy at one point in her life, but her return there was never explored.

We absolutely have no idea how Eivor returned to Vinland, or why, for that matter. With the existence of the strange artifact w♈hich she discovered there, it's most likely that she'll end up returning there, perhaps in the upcoming DLCs. We'll have to wait for it to be resolved, but it's🅺 nothing but a plot hole for now.

8 Male Or Female DNA 🤡

Assassin's Creed Valhalla Eivor

The way the game goes about giving the players freedom whether they want to play a male or a female character makes absolutely no sense at all. At least, with Assassin's Creed Odyssey, the entanglement of Alexios and Kassandra's DNA made sense since they'reꦏ siblings, but Eivor having two possible sexes ﷽is pointless aside from providing the illusion of choice.

It is already established that Eivor is a female character in canon, they should have just stuck with that. Unless it makes sense to the story, or if they prefer a full RPG with no singular main character, this aspect of the main ෴character serves no further purpose.

7 ꦫ Eivor Not Eliminating King Aelfred

king aelfred from AC Valhalla

King Aelfred, one of Assassin's Creed Valhalla's main antagonist, turned out to be the Poor Fellow Soldier of Christ, the enigmatic figure who has be♛en giving Eivor tips about the Order of the Ancients throughou🐬t the entire game. Yet, after King Aelfred reveals himself to Eivor, they allow him to live.

Regardless of King Aelfred's assistance, Eivor and friends still went through a lot of terrible things𓄧 during the events of the game because of him. Eivor has no problem with eliminating enemies, then how come they let King Aelfred live? 🦋Even after talks of making a new order, Eivor just brushed this off and moved on, which is a little bit uncharacteristic of them.

6 𒆙 Basim's Anomalies

The anomalies in the game are one of Assassiꦚn's Creed Valhalla's harder mysteries to crack. They involve a lot of free-running and puzzle-solving, and there is a handful of them in the game. Solving the anomaly wil🦩l grant the players the "true" ending, or at least, the true meaning of Eivor's visions.

Why Basim placed the anomaly in the animus is beyond questionable. First of all, it will reveal Basim's real identity as the Isu Loki. Aside from letting the players know the real meaning of Eivor's visio💃ns, it makes no sense for Basim to place his memory out in the open, for Layla and the others to see.

5 ꧒💟 The Rest Of The Clan Tolerating Dag

Assassins Creed Valhalla Eivor Defeats Dag As He Reaches For Axe
Assassins Creed Valhalla Eivor Defeats Dag As He Reaches For Axe

Dag is a Viking warrior of the Raven's Clan who traveled to Norwa🅺y as support towards Sigurd's decision. Dag is shown to be incredibly loyal towards Sigurd, but he is very antagonistic towards Eivor. Upon Sigurd's absence, which he does so very frequently, Eivor steps in the role of the clan honorary leader, and everyone in the clan respects her for it. Everyone except for Dag.

Dag's disdain towards Eivor seems to stem from jealousy. Eivor is Sigurd's sister by adoption and the clan knows that. However, whenever Dag berates Eivor, no ♋one seems to mind. Even by the end when Dag openly challenges Eivor to a duel, when he falls, the clan members seem to be disappointed towards Eivor. This part of the story is nothing more than emotional manipulation to make the players feel bad for killing Dag, as if there was any other choice.

4 Shaun And Rebecca Working With⛦ Layla

Layla from Valhalla

This game saw the return of fan favorites Shaun Hastings and Rebecca Crane. According to the story, after Layla kills Victoria, her former partner and co-assassin, Shaun and♈ Rebecca sought her out to be her new crew. With this in mind, it really doesn't make sense for Shaun and Rebecca to work with her, considering her destructive and unpredictable tendencies.

They should already know what it's like to have someone like that on the team, with Desmond Miles' previous accident with Lucy, yet they overlooked the risk and took her in. Are there no other assassins who ca𒆙n go into the animus? It's not like Eivor is Layla's ancestor that she's exactly who they needed to relive Eivor's memories. The new animus doesn't even work like that anymore.

Layla Hassan Cropped

The cause of Layla's mental breakdown during the previous game was the Staff of Hermes. It spiraled heꦫr down so much that she ended up killing her partner and close friend. Layla herself acknowledges this fact. However, during the events of this game, the Staff is situated so close to heꦰr. Couldn't they hide it, at least?

Yes, she does have a mood stabilizꦏer on her neck, and the staff is༺ encased in a glass compartment. But aren't they assassins? Shouldn't they be more careful than that? It seems very risky placing the Staff within Layla's reach, considering what it did to her in the previous game.

2 Reda

Reda's Shop in Assassin's Creed Valhalla

First of all, how in the world is Reda in this game? Reda made his first appearance in Assassin's Creed Origins, which was set over 700 years before the events of Assassin's Creed Valhalla. How in the world did Reda go from the world of 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Origins to Valhalla? Is he an immortal? Is he a sage? Or perhaps, is h💝e an Isu?

To be honest, who knows? It could just be a fun Easter egg the developers placed in the game to throw off and surprise lo𒁃ng-time players. Perhaps it's an animus anomaly. Whatever the case, unless the game will explain it, which they most likely won't, it doesn't make sense for Reda to exist in this game. But hey, his presence is a welcome one.

1 🌞 The Leap Of Faith

leap of faith

This isn't exactly something that doesn't make sense in Assassin's Creed Valhalla, but rather, something that doesn't make sense🌠 in the Assassin's Creed franchise as a whole. To this day, how someone, unless they're a demigod like Kassandra, can survive a long leap of faith, is incredibly mystical.

What's worse is that every time you perform a leap of faith with people around, no one seems to mind? H🔯ow can no one see a full-grown man jump from the highest peak of an area? Or at least, hear their body smashing against the stack of hay? It's a long-running question at this point, and perhaps it doesn't need to be answered anymore. Still, it's a thought worth pondering over.
