Made by the same studio that made the iconic 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Left 4 Dead games, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Back 4 Blood is...well, back for blood. The zombie FPS game takes many cues from its spiritual inspiration but deviates from that formula just enough to make itself distinct. Most notable among the changes is the deck-building system used to poꦗwer up characters in each run.
There is also a common area a la the Tower in Destiny or a Guild Hall in an MMORPG. There, players can meet up with other online friends, customize characters, unlock new cards, and more. Here's everything you need to know about Fort Hope in Back 4 Blood.
Fort Hope Is Your Home Base
In the game's campaign, Fort Hope is the "last bastion" of sorts for the non-infected survivors. Naturally, it has all of the creature comforts that a zombie-ridden wasteland can offer -- including a boxing ring and adjacent garden. But from a mechanic stand point, Fort Hope holds everything the player needs to adjust their build and setup.
Let's break down all the different areas in Fort Hope and what you can do at them.
Supply Lines Table
To the right of where you spawn in Fort Hope will bꦏe the supply lines table. Here, you can spend Supply Points to unlock more powerful cards for deck🤪-building purposes.
Unfortunately, you can't jump around like you might on a skill tree since you're bound to specific categories. But that's just an incentive to unlock them all, right?
Weapon Customization Workshop
Players who purchased the non-basic editions can access skins after the base tutorial to the left of where you spawn in Fort Hope. It's also where you can find any skins you unlock as you play the game.
Beyond that, there's isn't much to the weapons workshop so far.
Deck Building Table
As mentioned, deck building is a crucial part of the gameplay in Back 4 Blood. Corr💯ectly optimizing your deck for a character like Holly can turn you into a melee juggernaut or leave you limping to your death if you ignore your cards.
Select from pre-made decks or build your own custom options for Sw꧟arm, Campaign, Co-op, and Solo play.
Character Customization Medical Tent
The medical tent is where players can customize their Cleaners with different outfits unlocked by game edition or gameplay. It's located to the right of the deck-building table in Fort Hope.
Though some characters are lacking when it comes to outfit variation, characters like Mom see radical changes from outfit to outfit, so it's worth it to unlock them all.
Campaign & Matchmaking War Tent
This ornery fellow heads up the main game menu with access to the campaiꦉgn, matchmaking, and co-op gameplay. You can review your previous runs, as well, by checking out the tabs in the menu.
You'll find the past the deck-building table and to the right.
Swarm Menu Boxing Ring
"Swarm" is aking to "Horde" mode that most players will be familiar wi✨th. You and you🧸r party members attempt to outlast the horrendous onslaught of body-fluid oozing baddies with maximum lethality.
Find this boxing🌼 ring between the war tent and medౠical tent.
Firing Range
As any gamer knows, weapons in an FPS can take some 💯getting used to. Though some play𓂃ers like to wing it, others like to test out the goods before diving in. The firing range, found to the left and at the very back of Fort Hope, offers access to all types of weapons found in Back 4 Blood which is....a lot.
You'll find pistols, shotguns, rifles, sniper rifles, hatchets, axes, baseball bats, machetes...you get the point. Test them all out on the unfortunate target dummies to your heart's content.
