With the release of 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Baldur's Gate 3 just around the corner, RPG enthusiasts of all ages are re-discovering the whole franchise. 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Baldur's Gate was one of the earliest games to bring Dungeons & Dragons mechanics to the world of role-playing video games, including everything from classes to items and moral alignments. The recent release of Baldur's Gate Enhanced for ta♏blets and phones is part of an effort to reach out to old and new fans a🐽like.
There's a variety of NPCs that you can choose to acco🌠mpany the protagonis🙈t through the story that makes up the game's framework, no matter what alignment they are. Even an Evil character needs friends. Neutral characters might not always agree with the main character's actions, but at least they'll stick with the party and reserve judgment.
10 ꧒ 𝕴 Cernd - True Neutral
Cernd's alignment is like his character, and his abilities and skills are redundant if you already have Jaheira in your party. However, if the party needs a Druid and you're in a party that leans Evil, this is a handy NPC to pick up. Find him by accepting a quest from a wayward traveler in the Gate District that leads to a city in the countryside called Trademeet. A later quest that inv𒈔olves an estranged wife and abandoned child might result in him leaving again, so think twice before investing too much time in this character.
9 Sarevok -൲ Chaotiꩵc Evil
It's not really his abilities that put him near the bottom of the rankings, but the real disadvantage to Sarevok is that you can't use him until the Throne of Bhaal expansion. He's more than decent at leading the party with a sword in his hand and you can dual-class him as a Fighter-Thief or Fighter-Mage, so at least he has some versatility to bring to the party. There's also a quest that involves changing his alignment for good if♛ the protagonist is up for ᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚthat sort of thing.
8 Haer'Dalis - Ch꧋aotic Neutral
Players tend to feel strongly about the Bard class in the sense that either they likཧe them or they hate them. Haer'Dalis is a Blade type of Bard, so he has more skill with a weapon than other Bard sub-classes. He's also rather tough to get as part of a quest that's only available if you have Aerie in your party.
Whether or not Haer'Dalis stays in the party depends on how the quest attಞached to him goes, but you can keep him around for the romantic dialogue between him and Aerie. He also senses something ꩲis awry about Yoshimo but never explains it.
7 Jan Jan💙sen - Chaotic Neutral ꦿ
Visit him for the unique weaponry, keep him around for the riveting dialogue. Jan Jansen is famous for his unending and occasionally insane banter, including trying to steal Boo away from Minsc and picking fights with Lawful Good characters. Because of his 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Neutral alignment, he'll sta🍷y in the party regardless of its composition. He's also a powerful and versatile Fighter-Thief multiclass, one of the best combinations the game has to offer.
6 Anomen Delryn - Lawful Neutral 𝔍
Although he's a Cleric and technically a Paladin, Anomen is Lawful Neutral when you first meet him in the Copper Coronet. He changes his alignment to Good later on depending on how his quests turn out and he's the only option for a romantic interest if the protagonist is female. The character starts from the ground up but he's 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:a powerful multiclass and can improve with a variety of side quests and 🐬improve♒d gear.
5 Jahei𓃲ra - True Neutr𝐆al
Druids aren't the type to judge, so you can keep Neutral Jaheira in the party for as long as required. She's also a potential love𝄹 interest if the main character is male and has a lot g🐽oing for her in the lore, being a legacy character from the original game. Jaheira is also a powerful Fighter in addition to being a Druid, so you can swap her between healing duties and melee or ranged damage. She's also got a resurrection spell, Haper's Call, an ability usually reserved for Clerics and Paladins.
4 ꦇ Viconia D🤪e'Vir - Neutral Evil
Even an Evil party needs some healing and protection spells, so unless the protagonist is a Cleric himself, head over to the 🌱Government District and rescue Viconia. Any Paladins in your party won't tolerate her, but an Evil party won't have Paladins in it anyway.
There aren't any other Evil Cleric NPCs, although Neutral Anomen is an 🎉option before his knightly trials. If the protagonist is ma𒁏le, there's a love story that can play out between the two that includes a few extra quest options, including one to change her alignment to Good.
3 Yoshimo - True N🌞eutral ဣ
Keep him as a Thief or dual-class him once the game starts, either way, he's still got some impressive thieving and weapon skills. As 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:a Bounty Hunter, he also has some handy trap skills and is💟 one of the few NPCs that can level as a Thief if you choose not to dual-class him. His alignment also allows him to remain in the party regardless of its composition, which is rea🤪lly more to his advantage than yours as the story eventually reveals.
2 🅠 Korgan Bloodaxe - Chaotic Evi𝓀l
If you're Evil and you need an 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:adept warrior in the party, visit the Copper Coronet and snag Korgan. This is one of a few characters tha꧑t have a high weapon proficiency from the beginning, with five points in the ax slot, so he's a powerful tank as long as the party can tolerate his Chaotic Evil alignment.
Korgan joins the party when you accept his quest🔯. He takes you into the Graveyard District to find an ancient book, and it's handy to have him in the party since you have to go there and fight zombies, spiders, and vampires anyway.
1 𒁏 Edwin Odessieron - Lawful ✅Evil
He's a jerk, which is obvious, but he's widely regarded as the best spell caster in the game and is an essential addition if your protagonist is Evil. He's part of 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:the Thieves Guild series of quests that start when the party visits t🐼he Docks or speaks to Galen in the Slums. He'll send the party on a few errands first and eventually join it. Some Good characters won't tolerateಞ him, namely Aerie, Minsc, and Keldorn, but he's more powerful than all of them.
