The mod works by turning lootable body parts into camp supplies, meaning you can use them to contribute to your long rest. You come across a few limbs in the gam🦩e, including some that are part of quests, so this finally gives them some more functionality.

Be careful which body parꦆts you click on the camp supplies screen, though. The mod description says that the body parts that you get as part of quests are consumable, but that means you won't be able to use them as a way to resolve the quest anymore.
