If Gale from 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Baldur's Gate 3 is known for anything, it's that bug that made his romance trigger way too easily. But a ♋close second would be the ticking timebomb in hi❀s chest.

At the beginning of the game, you have to 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:sacrifice a few magical items to keep the explosion at bay, before he's given a more long-term fix. From then on, you're given a few opportunities to detonate his orb to take out your enemies, sadly killing him in the process.

That said, it's a fantastic strategy in an Honour Mode run. If you tell Gale is use the orb at the right moment, you can skip the entirety of the last fight, going right past The Emperor (if hostile) and the Netherbrain. Instead, you get a cutscene of Gale giving one final speech, before going out like a hero.

Turns out, this is the path that a lot of Baldur's Gate 3 players are taking in their Honour Mode runs. It's easy to see why since it skips two very annoying fights. In fact, a bunch of fans are discussing this strategy in a Reddit post, after another player unfortunately lost their run at this final hurdle.

"I blew up Gale to get my golden di♒ce after this exact thing happened," says Reddit user 21_Golden_Guns, another player who fell victim to the ওNetherbrain.

Turns out, a lot of players used this strategy. "Yeah...he's not making it in my Honour run," says 1ncorrect. "I can save him later. I want those dice bro."

Some players do feel a little bad about it, at least. "I 100% sacrificed Gale for golden dice," says millieillim. 𓄧"The worst part is he was unwꩵilling and I had to convince him to nuke himself."

This is true - Gale won't always volunteer himself for the slaughter. If you convinced him to stand up to Mystra and take the Crown of Karsus for himself, then he's too busy thinking about his ascent into godhood to offer to blow himself up. You can try to convince him to take one for the team, but you'll have to pass a persuasion check.

Also, another heads up - it won't work if you use the orb when you're first given the opportunity to do so in Act 2. This will just end the run without giving you the achievement and golden dice, so it's a double whammy of disappointment. If you manage to survive until Act 3 though, you might be one of just 0.6 percent of players that have beaten Honour Mode, at least according to the . Yes, it is that hard.
