Patch 7 seems to have bugged Wyll.
Now, even with high approval, Wyll will greet you like he hates you.
There's a mod to fix this while we wait for Larian to address it.

However, as 𒐪much as it fixes, it seems to have introduced a new bug: Wyll🀅 hates everyone.

That's right, the nicest, loveliest guy in camp is being really, really curt with all of us. While the patch was supposed to finally give him a unique greeting if we had high enough approval, it seems that this isn't working as𒅌 intended, as many of us appear to be getting a low approval greeting instead.

This has been the case in my game ever since Patch 7 dropped. Even with the early ⛎stages of his romance triggered in my latest playthrough, he now greets me with a rather cold, "You have something to say?"

I'm far from alone in this.🐬 PC players who got the patch early issue last month, and console players are experiencing it now. Someone is even claiming to know what the issue is, but this hasn't been confirmed by Larian just yet.

The Tumblr user has since that they've been in contact with someone from Larian, and the issue is being looked into. With any luck, Wyll will remember that he doesn't hate us soon enough. I𓃲n the meantime, I'm just going to pretend he's bummed out about the whole tadpole thing.

If you don't want to wait until Larian dro☂ps an official fix, to give him his intended high-apprꦛoval greeting.
