Banjo-Kazooie is one of the most beloved series ever to grace the classic Nintendo 64 system. The game has a rough history, though, as it's parent company Rare was bought by Microsoft. Afterwards, they attempted to reboot the series with Nuts N Bolts, which sadly upset the fanbase greatly.

10 ܫ Spiral Mountain

Spiral Mountain certainly isn't anywhere close to the best level in the game, but it is the very first one you will encounter. Spiral Mountain encompasses the entrance to Grunty's lair, the tutorial areas, and the duos house. It is accompanied by cheerful music and tons of aggressive vegetables. You can also find a few secrets lying around like extra honeycombs, which will increase your health points.

The area can be revisited at almost any point during the𝐆 game to help pla🦩yers refresh themselves on the controls of the game.

9 𒉰 Clankers Cavern ♌

Clankers Cavern is in many ways an extra level; you won't need the jiggy pieces in the level to beat the game. In fact, you even have to go a tad bit out of your way to even get to the level. Sadly though, this is the only place you can learn to use golden feathers, which becomes important to quickly maneuver through enemies. The level is partly underwater and features a giant living fish sub for you to explore.

Early on, this underwater exploration ca꧑n feel a bit tedious, but thanks to the lovely Clanker character, many players still love this level.

8 Mumbo's Mountain

Mumbo's Mountain is the first official level that you will encounter in the game. It is where the premise of collecting jinjos, notes, and jiggys is set up. It is also the place that introduces a staple character named Mumbo, who can turn you into different creatures. The level is quite easy other than some unbeatable bulls that will charge at you once you enter their field of view.

Even with the simplicity of getting the jiggy pieces at Mumbo's Mountain, the level is a charming introduction to the series.

7 Bubblegloop Swamp 🥀

Bubblegloop Swamp is possibly one of the hardest levels in the game. The 🦩level is made up of dangerous water that you must use a special move to get through, and tons of aggressive enemies are waiting to eat you. Some of the jiggy pi𝓡eces will require you to memorize complicated musical patterns and even navigate tiny ledges to beat out a timer, which can easily be messed up by even the most skilled players.

The level design is fun, and Mumbo can even transform Baꦆnjo and K🎃azooie into an alligator to help make navigating the level easier.

6 🌟 🥃 Treasure Trove Cove

Treasure Trove Cove is the second level you will encounter in Gruntilda's lair. As the name implies, this is a tropical level with tons of pirate treasure laying round. You will find a marooned ship with treasure inside and evil treasure chests with sharp teeth waiting to take a bite of bear meat. Worse of all, if you try to go for a nice swim in the coastal waters, you will be greeted by a hungry shark named Snacker.

Even with the looming threa൲t of becoming shark food, the level contains a ton of charm and even a sandcastle where you can enter cheats.

5 Gobi's Valley

Gobi's Valley is another hard level that will have many players running out of patience early on. When you enter Gobi's Valley, you will be greeted with a friendly camel who is pretty thirsty along with several ancient enemies. You will have to take on several mummies and learn to ride carpets through the Valley in order to earn all of the jiggy pieces in the level.

Players need to be aware of sands that will suck the duo in, and many of the puzzꦕles in the game will be surrounded by unkillable enemies while being on a timer.

4 Freezeezy 💜Peak

Freezeezy Peak is the obligatory snow world of the game that has a bit of a holiday theme. In the level, you will find yourself shooting goblins to help presents make it under the tree and diving into evil snowmen that laugh in player's faces. You will also need to race a polar bear named Boggy, who really loves sledding.

The best part of this level is the fact that Mumbo can transform you into one of the cutest seals you've ever seen. This level also features hazardous water that will need to navigate with boots or as the seal.

3 ෴ Click Clock Woods

Click Clock Woods is the last area of the game with a complete intresting premise. The level is divided into four separate rooms that represent the seasons. You will need to start in the spring and work your way through the quest, afterwords you will move onto the next season and 🌞do the same until you work your way into the winter season where you can finish getting all the jiggy pieces.

This is ne꧒at to watch as you can watch structures being built, a baby being born, and even get to see a beaver prepare for the oncoming winter.

2 🗹 Mad Monster Manor ඣ

Mad Monster Manor is the haunted house themed level that isn't afraid to give the players some chills. The game has a mix of ghosts that can't be beat, evil mazes, and a talking toilet that you will need to unclog. The jiggy pieces can range from simple to incredibly difficult to unlock as your progress through the level. You will need to learn how to handle the various enemy types that can easily whittle the duo down.

In Monster Manor, Mumbo can turn you into a Pumpkin that allows you to go into small crevices that you couldn't normally access.

1 🍎 Rusty Bucket Bay

Rusty Bucket Bay is one of the later levels with an intresting level design you don't see in many other platformers. The level revolves around a large docked cargo ship that is floating in polluted water. If you try to swim under the ship, will start to suffocate faster thanks to the hazardous conditions of the level. Everything from the cabin of the ship to the enemies are made to fit the theme of the ship.

The best thing about this level is the perfectly balanced challenge it offers to playℱers wanting to collect every jiggy in the game.
