Warner Bros. has decided to close out 2021 with a surprise Batman trailer. Titled "The Bat and the Cat," the latest trailer focuses on Bruce Wayne's relationship with Selina Kyle, better known as Catwoman. And it also reveals how The Caped Crusader is really more of a cat person than a dog person.
At one point, Batman finds himself in Selina's apartment where he discovers that Catwoman is an apt description. Surrounded by Selina's three cats, Batman blithely comments, "you got a lot of cats."

Catwoman andꦛ Batman exchange blows in the first part of the trailer, ܫbut the violence apparently hides some tension between both masked vigilantes.
Unlike previous trailers, this one only showcases a single villain. Paul Dano will play Edward Nashton, also known as The Riddler. Although he won't be wearing a green suit, The Riddler is still all about question marks and rhyming inquiries, and also how he knows the secret identity of Batman.
We'll have to wait until March 4 to find out just how The Riddler figured out who Bruce Wayne moonlights as.

Catwoman's traditional tight leather suit seems largely unchanged, but Batman's new costume seems to be a bit of a departure from the overly muscled look of previous Batman and Justice League films.
