Out of all of 's special abilities, the strongest ones involve her summoning various Infernal Demons. With each one responding to a different summoning chant and dance, these demons are guaranteed to cause major destruction and violence on the battlefield. Channeled through her hair, the Infernals take various monstrous forms and chew up Bayonetta's enemies in a technique called Umbran Climax.
Some of these demons can even provide other benefits like transportation and the power of flight. Between the first and second Bayonetta games, several Infernal Demons have appeared on both the dealing and receiving ends of the witch's deadly attacks.
12 Michtlantecuhtli (Baꦆyonetta 2) 🐻
Despite being a fearsome vampire bat demon, Michtlantecuhtli is not often called to the battlefield in Bayonetta 2. This demon only appears in Bayonetta's Umbran Climax summons when she is using certain weap𒀰ons such as Love Is Blue or Chernob💝og.
When Love Is Blue is equipped, Michtlant𓂃ecuhtli will either fly ac♕ross the battlefield, damaging all enemies in its path, or appear from the sky, crushing enemies from above. It is also summoned as the Torture Attack for Greed, drilling into its body until it explodes.
11 Ba💎al (Bayonetta 2)
Canonically, Baal is only called to the battlefield once in Bayonetta 2 to eat a weakened Belief. Appearing as a giant purple toad, Baal has a spiked tongue, sharp claws, and a voracious appetite.
Like Michtlantecuhtli, Baal also appears in some Umbran Climax moves, particularly when Bayonetta has equipped 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Love Is Blue or Alruna. 💝In these attacks, Baal will snap at enemies with her tongue or lunge forward and vomit stomach acid at them. The most recognizable among Bayonetta's demons, Gomorrah was often summoned throughout Bayonetta 1 to finish off several Beloved mini-bosses. It answers to Bayonetta's iconic summoning chant "Avavago!" and shortly proceeds to use its giant dragon jaws to tear through angels.
Gomorrah was killed by Father Balder at the end of the original Bayonetta, though it returned in Bayonetta 2 where it betrayed her and knocked Jeanne's soul out of her body. It was later summoned by Jeanne herself to chew on the physical body of Aesir, the second game's final boss. In Bayonetta 2, Phantasmaraneae appears before Bayonetta as an enemy, attempting to block the witch from entering Inferno. It has the distinct ab✱ility to summon mi𓄧niature versions of itself that explode after a set period of time.

Like Malphas and Phantasmaraneae, Scolopendra is an Infernal that was used against one of the Cardinal Virtues in the first game. As the Climax Attack for Iustitia, Scolopendra was summoned to wrap its entire centipede-like body around the angel, crushing it into a bloody pulp.
This same technique was tried against Father Balder later on, but he was able to blow up the demon with a burst of light energy. Multiple Scolopendra briefly appe🎀ar as an enemy in Bayonetta 2, lunging at the witch before she is able to descend to Infernoꦑ and fight Phantasmaraneae.
5 🅰 Hydra (Bayo🍰netta 2)
Hydra is a demon that incorporates multiple aspects of Greek mythology. Its name and ability comes from the Hydra, a dragon with multiple heads that multiply if one is cut off. Its appearance, however, is similar to the head ♉of Medusa, a gorgon that could petrify people by looking into her eyes.
In Bayonetta 2, Hydra is first summoned as the Climax Attack for the giant angel Valor, holdi꧒ng it in place as it is dragged to Inferno. It is later seen protecting Bayonetta from missiles and lasers fired by Balder and Sapientia, though iཧt is destroyed in the final battle by Aesir.
4 ꦏ Hekatoncheir (Bayonetta) 🌊
This demon is so large, none have been able to summon more than just its six enormous hands. Hekatoncheir's fingers are the heads of dragons, and it is strong enough to rip apart even the largest of angels. It was first summoned in Bayonetta to tear Temperantia's arms out and then punch its face in without much effort.
Bayonetta also frequently uses it against the Golems in both games, where it usually plays a game of volleyball with the device's core. In Bayonetta 2, Hekatoncheir's fists can be freely summoned when using the hammer weapon Takemikazuchi.
3 ꧂ Labolas (Bayonetta 2)
After 𓂃Gomorrah betrays Bayonetta in the second game, the witch thinks quickly to summon Labolas, a massive winged lion with three heads. As Gomorrah chases Bayonetta down a skyscraper, she s൩ummons Labolas behind it to tear into the dragon and crush it on the ground.
Labolas is summoned several times after that to finish off giant angels like Urbane and Beloved by ripping them apart, which it does with much more ease than Gomorrah. It is also shown t𒀰o easily defeat Fortitudo when Balder summons it later in the game, though Labolas is ultimately killed by Aesier.
