As Cereza picks herself up, follow the main path down the mossy tree root. There are no collectibles to be found along the way, so don't worry about hidden nooks-and-crannies while you listen to the dialogue.

Go past an Arcane Lantern down to the water, and you'll find a rocky platform Stone Cheshire can climb onto and use Stomp on. Doing so will drain the water i🌜n this area and reveal a new area.

In this area filled with brambles, go left to find a hidden wisp against the stone wa🎉ll. Free hi🦹m to collect.

Dark Cereza Taunts Just As Cheshire Strikes With A Slash

Ignore the black mist for now. Run through it to reach a door you can go under. On the other side, you'll come into a new area known as the Giant's Basin.

An il෴lusion is in here, but it comes with a unique twist.

Dark versions of Cereza will appear and float around her. Use Cheshire's Slash to drive them away and strike at the glowing, red stalꦉagmites along the way.

When brought to an open area with a circular center, go left and around clockwise. Descend the stairs and ventu꧋re to the Tir Na Nog.

Be careful. The 🔯closer you get to the Tir Na Nog, the more often the dark Cerezas will spawn.

Tir Na Nog - Dark Projection

Cereza Standing Up Against Group Of Dark Versions Of Herself

This Tir Na Nog is a combat trial.

As you enter the arena, you'll encounter three versions of Dark Cereza. Upon talking to them, however, they'll reveal themselves to be nothing more than faerie mages.

Dark Cerezas Turn Into Faerie Mages

Dispatch them as usual, but do keep an eye on Cereza too. Occasionally, dark projections of herself will appear and begin to circle her. Banish them with Cheshire's attacks and defeat the normal faeries.

Once they're all gone, you can leave this Tir Na Nog with another petal and carry on.

There's nothing to backtrack to just yet, so carry on into the Wyvern Falls.

You'll come across a Sanctuary, and a Remembrance can be found just due right of it on the cliffside.

Head east, descend the rocky bluff and a ladder when you come across it, and stop to collect a nearby resource chest for a moment. Afterward, climb down another mushroom ladder.

Arsenal of Doom Bomb Faerie Is Summoned By Summoning Fae

You can absorb a stone nearby, but after doing so, cross the natural bridge over to the arena where you'll fight your first bomb enemy.

This new faerie type shouldn't be attacked. Instead, you should either avoid it entirely or Thorn Bind it and run to ensureꦅ you stay ouꦐt of its range when it eventually detonates.

Its explosion does not appear to affect its allies, so attempting to set up a trap won't work.

Play the evasion game and defeat any other standard enemies to end ♕combat.

Ceshire Stomps On Spring To Activate A Small Bridge For Cereza

Once combat has ended, absorb the nearby stone and send Cheshire to a spring platform. As he stands on it, Cereza should stand in the Rosemary.

Stomp on the pad to stretch out a bridge that Cereza can cross.

Wood Cheshire Pulls Cereza On Flower With Tongue Grab

On the other side, open the nearby chest for a Healing Tonic and grow the flower. Step on it to raise Cereza into the air.

With Wood Cheshire, stand on the highest part of the rock face and use Grab to pull Cereza over to him.

From here, jump over with green flowers twice to enter another arena with another new eꦚnemy: a Salamander.

Salamander Appears For The First Time

This enemy can create zoning fires in the field, making them a bothersome support for other faeries. Thankfully, they're quite squishy.

Put out the Salamanders for good before taking the hidden path behind the absorbable stone to the left.

Cereza Absorbs Stone Blocking A Hidden Path

Climb the mushroom ladderꦆ before running across the opening and closing flower nearby.

Avoiding the traps, follow this main path to a lever at the very end. Pulling this lever will activate an elevator-like mechanism Cereza should get on and take to a ladder-flower she can grow. In turn, this will create a shortcut back to the Sanctuary.

Cereza Runs Toward Captive Wisp In Hidden, Bushy Path

Shortcut activated, you can now turn around and descend the cliffside (don't use the elevator) to find a chest with many resources.

Further down, you can follow a path between the bushes off to the right, where 📖a wisp is held captive. Free him and then return to the ground where you fought the Salamander.

The enemies at the base will have respawned due to your proximity to the Sanctuary earlier. You'll have to dispatch them a second time before carrying on.

Cereza Steps On An Elevator Cage In Preparation To Descend

Running across the large, open space to the northeast, take the mushroom ladder down and pull the lever you find a💃t the bottom. This will activate another elevator you can take down to an area with an Arcane Lantern.

Going south, you'll spy a locked chest. The puzzle solution is:

  • Bind and destroy the first bulb to activate.
  • Catch the bulb circling the central platform and destroy it.
  • Bind the two bulbs rising and falling when they near the ground in order to attack and destroy them.
  • Catch the bulb circling the platform first and destroy it and then the bulb in the back.

Once the puzzle chest has been unlocked, you'll receive lots of resources and a Demonic Mist.

There are a few absorbable flowers in the area, s💖o pick them up as you walk around the area near the Arcane Lantern.

Cereza Grows Flowers To Reach The Mushroom Ladder

Heading north, take the stairs and turn left toward a chest. This chest is a faerie trap offering an Umbran Syrup and several resources in exchange for a "fight" against several bomb enemies. It's an easy trade since all you must do is run around and wait for the enemies to explode.

Grow the nearby flowers to create a stepping-stool to the ladder, which you should then climb to the top o𒅌f this section of the dam.

Stone Cheshire Breaks A Dam With Stomp

Go left for a chest of Onyx Roses, and then go right to dodge past a line of three hammer-flowers.

On the other side of the enemy flowers, send Stone Cheshire to stand on the breakable ground. Use Stomp 💜to drain🥀 the water in the next area, allowing you to progress.

Wood Cheshire Pulls Cereza On A Flower Toward Ledges

In the next section, run over to the lever first and activate this. It will open the bridge you'll cross soon.

Grow the nearby flower while Cheshire runs over to the right just far enough to still be in range of Cereza. After stepping on it, use Cheshire's Grab to pull Cereza over to the cliffside where she can jump down.

Cheshire Uses Stomp To Raise Cereza Spring In Wyvern Falls

In this next section, toss Hug Cheshire onto the ledge above. Once he's up top, move him onto the spring on the far north side. Cereza should then climb on the red spring in front of her.

Use Stomp to raise Cereza's spring up to the wooden platform. Get off the spring and collect Cheshire to jump over to the left.

Cereza Cautiously Walking Under The Jabberwocky

The Jabberwock will now appear above you. You can't interact with it yet, so move to the left as fast as Cereza will allow until you reach the ladder. Climb it, and the Jabberwock will fly off. For now...

This will allow you to toss Hug Cheshire to the right and send him up and to the left on the dam wall, where he can break it a second time in Stone mode.

Cereza Uses Thorn Vice On The Jabberwock For The First Time

Blowing the dam gains the Jabberwock's attention again, and you'll have to face him a second time after a cutscene.

Although he's brought his armor again, this time you've come with a new ability: Thorn Vice.

When the L2 prompt appears above the Jabberwock, press it to use Thorn Vice and hold him in place while Cheshire attacks. After doing this successfully once, the Jabberwock's armor will break, and combat will end for now.

With the Jabberwock's tail between his legs, you can continue without further harassment.

Cereza And Wood Cheshire Stumble Upon A Moon Pearl And Faerie

This area will have an Arcane Lantern and a Skills mirror, so take advantage of this brief moment to recuperate and prepare for the difficult boss fight ahead.

Nearby, there's a chest up the mushroom ladder northwest of this area. Open it for three of each type of non-healing pot🌠ion.

To the southwest is a set of stairs you can take down to a weak faerie enemy guarding a Moon Pearl. Dispatch the faerie quickly and take the💖 Moon Pearl back to the Skills mirror to use.

Stone Cheshire Breaks Dam To Reveal Path To Jabberwock Arena

With all preparations out of the way, ascend the stairs on the main path. A Journal can be found on the way, so pick 𒈔it up.

From here, jump over to the next breakable spot on the dam. Use Stomp to destroy it and drain the next area.

There are no collectibles to find on the way, so race through to the north to finally take on the Jabberwock once and for all.

The Jabberwock

Cereza Runs Around The Jabberwock In Phase One

The Jabberwock appears to be any other boss fight in the beginning. He has a long range and is very quick, but dodge his attacks and use Stone Cheshire against him to whittle down his armor.

When prompted, use Thorn Vice to get the upper hand, and keep knicki♔ng away at him until you can move this fight into the real arena.

Jabberwock Casts Green Balls Of Magic Across Watery Arena

To say that the Jabberwock is a harsh difficulty c🧜urve for this ✱game would be an understatement.

The arena is covered in water, and stepping off the platforms will severely limit mobility - something yꦜou desperately want a lot of against this t🅺ype of enemy.

It has ranged attacks and sweeping physical attacks alike, so it's a tricky fight that will require a lot of moving and no small amount of patience.

A winning strategy includes:

  • Wait for your moment.
  • Abuse Thorn Vice.
  • Recall Hug Cheshire to cross large areas.
Cereza Dies To Jabberwock AOE Laser Attack

Once the Jabberwock has hit the final third of its health, you must take shelter behind the big stone pillars.

Gettingꦑ hit with its huge AOE beam attack is guarant💛eed death.

It'll do this move again at around the final tenth of his health bar, but the caveat the second time is that it'll begin moving to the side a bit. Just direct Cereza to stay behind the pillar, and you should be fine.

Continue hitting the Jabberwock as you have until you reach the final phase of his fight. Cheshire won't be of any use after this point.

Cereza Stands On Pillar And Uses Witches Pulse On Cage Above Jabberwock

Race over to the nearby ladder to grow the flowers on the side of the cage above. After, drop back down to the ground and cross over to the other pillar, where you'll do the same.

Beware of a missile-like attack🍒 that will begin as you drop from the first pillar. Dodge-roll past them to avoid their explosive strikes.

Once the cage has fallen, you can begin your button-mashing ending and put an end to t👍he Jabberwo꧋ck.

Elemental Core

x1 (Water)

Leave the Jabberwock's arena with the ladder to the north and enter the Water Shrine.

Like with the Stone element, destroy the core to abso♔rb the element. This will now give you access to Water Form Cheshire. This new form will let꧋ Cheshire:

  • Swim in water.
  • Fire an Aquastream that puts out fires and push lily pads Cheshire stands on.

Cereza can absorb water sources and change the ne🐻arby water level (essentially draining 💝it).

Water Cheshire Uses Aquastream On Pipe To Push Out A Wisp

Use this new power to drain the water in front of you. Cross ov𒐪er to an area with several fires that you can put out with Aquastream.

Follow the main path to an Arcane Lantern and ofไficial🅰ly enter the lower part of Chalkroot Hollow.

In this area, you can use your Aquastream on the spinning contraption to the right and inside the pipe on your left to push out a hidden wisp.

Cereza and Water Cheshire Use A Lilypad To Cross Water

To the north, jump onto the nearby lily pad and face Cheshire in the opposite direction of where you wish to go. Use his Aquastream to propel you forward.

Once you reach the far bank, propel the lily pad to go west, where you can find a resource chest you can open after putting out the fire shield with Aquastream. Afterward, return to that far bank and jump off the lily pad.

Cheshire Using Aquastream On Spinning Bridge Mechanism

Head south until you see a spinning mechanism Cheshire can strike with his Aquastream (hit the left side). As you do, a bridge will change directions t💯o face you and allow you on.

Jump on and then use Cheshire to strike the other direction on the mechanism. This will turn the bridge again, and once it has stopped moving, run to the right and jump off into this new area.

Use Aquastream on the pipes nearby (and then the spinning mechanism to the right) for more resources before climbing a few ledges to reach an Inferno Fruit.

Inferno Fruit in hand, return to the area on the other side of the turning bridge so that you may rejoin with the main path.

Cereza Holds Bridge Open For Water Cheshire On Lily To Pass

Follow this main path to the waterside, where you'll be prompted to send Cheshire swimming. Have him jump into the water and climb onto the lily pad. With his Aquastream, propel it down so that Cereza can jump on.

Cross over to the opposite bank, but only have Cereza jump off for now. Send her to the lever nearby and pull it (but don't let go).

With the bridge now open, propel Cheshire's lily pad through the new opening and direct it to the nearby waterside. Cereza can then release the lever and jump back on with Cheshire.

Propel the lily pad to the left to find some spinning mechanisms for resources and a Moon Pearl. Take all of it and then return to the bank, where you'll see three groupings of growable flowers. Grow them for a large amount of Onyx Roses.

Cheshire Uses Aquastream Through Gap To Raise Large Platform

Approaching the center of this large, open area will trigger a few fire-element faeries. Use Cheshire's Aquastream to put out any fires or fire shields and defeat them as usual.

With everything handled in this area, have Cereza and Cheshire step onto the large platform ahead. Use Cheshire's Aquastream through the "doorway" to raise this platform.

Step off and head right to trigger a talk with Morgana and mov💮e into the second half of this advent🌳ure.
