This list could be full of narrators like the ones from The Stanley Parable, Thomas Was Alone, or Fallout, but that wouldn't really be fair. Narrators help tell a game's story, while announcers just tell you what's happening right now, they're very different. This is why it's a good thing Logan Cunningham got back in the VO booth and back in character to reprise his role from Bastion as Ruck, the Narrator, to do an announcer voice pack for Dota 2.
Even after years of updates, you'd be hard-pressed to find a Dota player that doesn't think this is one of the best voice packs. The best part of it, besides Cunningham's incredibly grizzled voice, is that the team at Supergiant went the extra mile and wrote hundreds of lines of in-universe dialogue for this pack. The team are clearly fans of Dota, and it shines through in both the writing and performance.
8 𒆙 The Voice - Superhot 💮
If you've played this game, this is one thing that's sure to stick with you for years after the credits roll. In this FPS where time only moves when you do, you have to clear out rooms of faceless henchmen, and you try to unwrap the game's mysterious narrative. As you clear levels, you'll see brief interstitials cut in with bold text on the screen telling you to stop playing, but only two words are ever spoken, "168澳洲幸运5开奖网:SUPER. HOT."

While this announcer might be great, the less said about his female counterpart's later kill-steak announcements the better.

You might know Lennie James as Morgan from The Walking Dead, and its spinoff, but anyone who plays Bungie's MMO will recognise him as the voice of Lord Salad Fingers himself. Decade-old Iron Banner jokes aside, James has been voicing this character for the best part of ten years and has only grown into the role more and more.
What was first just the announcer for The Crucible has now become an integral character in the ongoing saga of light vs dark in Destiny. But at the end of the day, he loves nothing more than to cheer you on as you wipe out other Guardians in his training ground. Shaxx is impossible not to love, whether it's his random anecdotes at the beginning of matches, or James' giddy supportiveness when you go on a kill-streak.
5 𝕴 Mult🦄iplayer Announcer - Halo
There are few voice actors that have transcended their characters to become the most iconic part of a game, but Jeff Steitzer certainly has. Before Bungie created Destiny, the studio developed Xbox's seminal first-person shooter series. A large part of those early games' success was their incredible multiplayer modes. But in a time before battle passes or even prestige-ing, how did Bungie keep people coming back for more PvP action in Halo?
The answer is simple: let Jeff reward you by having him yell things like "Killtacular!", "Killtrocity!", and "Killimanjaro!" when you go on kill-sprees. And while his voice might be his defining characteristic, it helps that Steitzer is also an extremely likeabl൲e dude.
4 ♏ The Announcer - Mortal Kombat 9, 10, And 11 ไ

Yes, the announcer from 3rd Strike is a fan favourite, but you can't deny how recognisable this slightly garbled handful of sound files are. Whether you're celebrating him saying "You Win" or debating what countries he's mumbling, the Street Fighter voice is one of the best in games.

Have you ever been so excited about something you just couldn't shut up? When you were a kid just rambling about how great something was going to be and how important it was? That is the best way to describe the constant stream of nonsense proclaimed by Hiroaki Asai in Capcom Vs SNK 2.
From the moment you hit the main menu, this announcer has lines upon lines of dialogue hyping up the completion and describing the characters. As soon as one line ends there isn't even a long enough gap to register what he said before the next one begins, and it is glorious. An announcer that is almost as frantic as the triple-tag-team gameplay. There's no one who will get you more excited to play than this guy.
