You go to give it a reassuring pat, and then the puppy's body inverts in on itself, revealing a fleshy maw and insectoid legs. There's a bit of a universal understanding among all living things: you don't attack a dude in the bathroom. You just don't do it. A bathroom is a sanctuary, a place to relax and relieve oneself. But if anyone in the universe wouldn't respect that unwritten rule, it'd be Porky, which is why the signs on the men's rooms in the Empire Pork Building come alive with malicious intent.
While violent objects are nothing new for Mother 3, a Men's Room Sign is definitely a rarity, attacking you in a place that's supposed to be safe-ish. To make matters worse, it's one of the few enemies in the game that can use PK Starstorm, one of the strongest PSI attacks around. Imagine trying to do your business when the bathroom sign comes to life and starts hurling comets at you. No, thank you.
3 Tﷺyphon Mimics - ꦍPrey
If there is one saving grace to Mimics in games, they assume consistent forms like treasure chests. The Typhon Mimics in Prey, however, have no such limitation. They can be anything, anywhere, at any time. As long as it's roughly the same size as them, a Mimic can assume the form of just about any inanimate object, springing forth with claws outstretched when Morgan ventures close.
The proliferation of Mimics aboard Talos I was so severe that many residents made a habit of plastering sticky notes on any object they were certain was the real deal. That didn't help much when the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:other forms of Typhon rampaged through and knocked every💫thinꦗg over, though.
2 Teethalon - Shovel Knight 🌞 ♍
The practice of flinging open a chest and throwing its contents all over the place in greedy glee is extremely common among the residents of the Valley in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Shovel Knight. It's so common, in fact, that certain parties (i.e. Treasure Knight) have created critters to exploit that exact impulse. Enter Teethalon, the gigantic, terrifying anglerfish.
With one of Chester's blue chests attached to its lure, Teethalon waits beneath the ground for unsuspecting adventures, emerging with a maw wide open for anyone unfortunate enough to check the chest's contents. Given his own greedy nature, Treasure Knight likely placed Teethalon in his domain with the express purpose of... gently dissuading anyone who would attempt to rob him.
1 ꦓ Pseudotrash -ꦡ Yakuza: Like A Dragon
In a mostly-grounded setting like Yakuza, you wouldn't expect anything even remotely resembling a mimic to show up. Well, anything not 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Majima-related, anyway. But even on the streets of Ijincho in Like a Dragon, you can't seem to escape Mimics, and somehow they're even weirder than usual.
Imagine just walking down the street, offhandedly noticing someone's discarded trash bag nearby, when suddenly a head and a pair of legs sprout from the bag and start kicking you. You've had the misfortune of meeting a Pseudotrash, a sect of gentlemen who are so committed to dumpster diving that their very bodies have become trash. It's unclear what's creepier: what exactly these guys were doing in that trash or whether they're wearing underwear under those bags.
