168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Mortal Kombat 11 is an impressively encompa🧔ssing fighting game experience. Even so, Mortal Kombat X still has valu🐼e. Mainly, the combat is faster and there are a handful of characters who are not available in the sequel.

With the Mortal Kombat X's inclusion as a PS Plus offering for the month of October, this seems like an appropriate time to highlight these characters who were left behind when the 2019 sequel hit shelves. 168澳洲幸运𒈔5开奖网:Many fan favorites🍸 made it to the new game as DLC, but these poor souls were not chosen. At leas🥀t it makes jumping into the p⛎rior title a more worthwhile endeavor.

9 Ermac

MK Past Chatacter Ermac

168澳洲幸运5开奖网:This ninja doesn't have the most personality – he is basically a mindless collection of souls – but Ermac's abilities and design make him appealing to fans. He received a lot more characterization in the 3D titles from the start of the century, even becoming a protagonist who positively affects the events of those games.

It would be great to see Ermac regain this position in the future during this new timeline. Regardless, an appearance in almost every mainline game isn't a bad track record for a character who started out as a palette swap.

8 Shinnok

Mortal Kombat - Shinnok In The Loading Screen Of MKX

Shinnok is not the coolest villain in the world, but it is nice to have an antagonist who is humanoid and not a huge, hulking monster. To be fair, Shinnok does show up in Mortal Komat 11's story mode as a severed head, but he is completely unplayable.

With the time travel angle the recent games have 🐈employed, there is always a chance we could see the disgraced elder god before his fall from grace and turn to villainy.

7 Reptile

reptile MK x intro

Similar to Ermac, Reptile does not have a lot going on in terms of identity. The creature's look even changes from game to game. Sometimes his design is humanoid, while other times Reptile resembles a walking reptilian monster.

Reptile also had a fairly fun fight in the 💧recent Mortal Kombat film, a solid moment in a movie most consider lacklus💟ter. It would have been nice to🌠 see it show up in Mortal Kombat 11, but maybe there is a chance in whatever the series does next.

6 Alien

mortatl kombat x xenomorph

The Alie⭕n, or Xenomor🃏ph, is such a perfect idea for a guest character. After all, every kill in the Alien film franchise feels like a brutal fatality. The aci🌞dic blood alone leads to ingenious ideas for moves and finishers in a Mortal Kombat game.

Guest characters unfortunately tend to not carry over between entries, so there was never much hope of this monster making it into Mortal Kombat 11. Inst🗹ead, the game has The Joker, Spawn, The Terminator, RoboCop, and John Rambo.

5 Quan Chi

Mortal Kombat - Quan Chi Looking Ominous In The MKX Loading Screen

T💫his sorcerer has always been an integral part of the lore ever since his debut appearance. Quan Chi even teamed up with Shang Tsung in Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance.

Mortal Kombat 9 made Quan Chi an important aspect of the early games' stories 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:thanks to its time travel hook. This ⛄makes his exclusion in Mortal Kombat 11 all the more curious. Quan Chi is always cooking up schemes, so one would think he had something planned for the 11th entry.

4 Predator

Predator Aiming His Plasmacaster - Mortal Kombat X

There is almost no guest character wh🥀o is a better match for Mortal Kombat𒊎 than Predator. You know these aliens would absolutely jump at the chance to take part in this tournament if both franchises existed within the same continuity.

Sub-Zero must have gotten pretty jealous of Predator's spine-ripping abilities, however. It also was cool to see Alien fight against Predator. These two franchises meet💟ing up in Mortal Kombat seems like the script for a fan-fic, not an actual thing in an entry.

3 Fer🔜ra/Torr ꦿ

Mortal Kombat - Ferra Torr In MKX

Mortal Kombat X introduced a handful of new faces, but not all of 🍃them became fan favorites. Ferra/Torr deserves more love simply because of how cool the desi𒊎gn is. It is essentially two characters; a small creature named Ferra riding on top of a mindless brute.

It is clearly inspired by a character from Mad Max: Beyond Thunderdome. It is certainly not the first time Mortal Kombat has been inspired by cinema. Johnny Cage▨, in particular, was influenced by action star Jean-Claude Van Damme, and the series takes cues from Ente🧔r the Dragon.

2 Kenshi

Mortal Kombat - Kenshi Holding His Blade

Kenshi is o⛦ne of the few characters introduced during the 3D era to really find fans. The other would be Frost, who did make a glorious return in Mortal Kombat 11. The blind swordsman learned his telekinetic abilities from Ermac after he freed the ninja from his mind control.

Kenshi was ꦜa DLC character in Mortal Kombat 9 from 2011, making him one of the few from the prior generation to make it into the new continuity.

1 Goro

Mortal Kombat - Goro Getting Ready For A Fight In The Loading Screen

Goro has been an intimidating beast since Mortal Kombat's debut entry. He was initially a boss, but certain g🔥ames even out꧟ his abilities to make him a fair combatant.

Goro also had an appearance in the 2021 movie. The lack of any Goro in Mortal Kombat 11 feels weirdꦕ, especially since he was the penultimate fight in the first game.
