Most pokémon are part of an evolutionary chain, but there are also several pokémon that don’t evolve, nor are they the pro🔯duct of a lesser pokémon’s evolution. Many of💧 these non-evolvers are actually some of the strongest pokémon available.
This list will identify the ten most powerful pokémon that don’t evolve and rank them from weakest to strongest. This list will only consider the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:base pokémon – so Mega and Ultra versions of pokémon will not be on this list. This list will also not include pokémon that are not normally able to be caught or pokémon that were onl🌺y available as part of a special event. Not surprisingly꧋, many of the pokémon on this list will be Dragon type pokémon.
10 Lugia
Lugia is a flying/psychic type pokémon that was introduced in Generation 2 (Gold, Silver, and Crystal). ♓This enormous flying pokémon has a🔯 very high defense and special defense. It also has an impressive move-set that includes powerful attacks like Hydro Pump and Sky Attack.
🧸The move-set also gives Lugia several attack types for the player to choose from. Lugia is also able to learn some powerful TMs like Hyper Beam and Giga Impact. There are pokémon with simiᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚlar stats, like the #9 entry, but Lugia’s special abilities (Pressure and Multiscale) are not as useful. Multiscale is practically useless – it only activates if Lugia is at full hit points.
9 Ho-oh
Ho-oh is a flying/fire type pokémon that was also introduced in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Generation 2. Ho-oh is a multicolored bird that💛 som෴ewhat resembles a phoenix. Ho-oh’s stats are nearly identical to Lugia’s, but Ho-oh is a little stronger due to a slightly better move-set and special abilities.
Ho-oh’s special abilities are Pressure and Regenerator; Regenerator restores some hit points when Ho-oh is withdrawn from battle (which is far more useful than Multiscale). This pokémon’s move-set is also nearly identical to Lugia’s, bu🃏t it has a few attacks that are slightly more powerful and/or accurate – like Fire Blastꦆ instead of Hydro Pump.
8 Rayquaza
R💃ayquaza is the first dragon-type pokémon to make the list (it is also flying type), and was introduced in Generation 3 (Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald). Rayquaza has incred🤪ibly high attack and special attack stats, as well as some powerful attack moves to go along with that high attack power.
Some of Rayquaza’s more powerful attack moves are Outrage and Hyper Beam; it also learns Fly, which is very useful outside💧 of combat. Rayquaza also learns Extreme Speed which is an excellent first-strike ability. Its special ability is Air Lock, which eliminates the effects of weath꧒er and can be somewhat useful in battle.
7 Dialga
Dialga is a steel/dragon type Pokémon introduced in Generation 4 (Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum). Dialga is not the fastest of Pokémon, but it makes up for 🦩it with a reasonably high attack and defense – and a very high special attack. It also has a wide selection of attack types for the player to choose from.
S⛄ome of the more powerful attack moves Dialga learns are Roar of Time and Iron Tail; it also learns Metal Burst which is devastating against powerful opponents (its attack power is 1.5 the opponent’s attack stat). Its special abilities are Pressure and Telepathy. Telepathy is especially useful in battle.
6 Palkia
Palkia is a water/dragon type introduced in generation 4. Palkia lowest 𝓀stat is its hit points, but its attack, special defense, and special attack (in particul𒅌ar) are especially high.
Some of the more powerful attack moves Palkia learns are Hydro Pump and Special Rend; which is not only powerful but also has an increased chance for critical hit (from 1/16 chance to 1/8). Palkia has the same special abilities as Dialga – Pressuꦺre and Telepathy. This is one of the few water-type pokémon that can learn Fire Blast; this would give Palkia one of the best fire attacks and water attacks.
5 Reshiram
Reshiram is a fire/dragon type pokémon introduced in generation 5 (Black and White). This pokémon’s speed is its lowest stat, but its very high special attack more than makes up for this. Reshiram is one of only tw🐻o pokémon that learn Blue Flare; which is an extremely powerful attack (130 rating) that also has a 20% of burning the target.
One of the best aspects of Reshiram is its special ability – Turboblaze. Turboblaze allows Reshiram’s attacks to ignore any effect changes, like moves the opponent uses to increase evasꦺion. Reshiram’s move-set does not have the wide variety of attack types available to most of the pokémon on this list.
4 Zekrom
Zekrom is a dragon/electric type pokémon introduced in generation 5. This pokémon’s best stat (b♕y far) is its attack power; the rest of its stats are good too, but its attack power is incredibly high. The high attack rating is made even more devastating by꧟ the fact that Zekrom’s best attack moves are physical attack types.
Zekrom’s best attack is Bolt Strike; a move that is not only powerful (130 rating) but also has a 20% chance of paralyzing the target. It also learns Thunder; which deals a little less𝐆 damage than Bolt Strike but has a 10% higher chance of causing paralysis. Zekrom’s special ability is Teravolt – which has the same effect as Reshiram’s Turboblaze ability.
3 Xerneas
Xerneas is a fairy type pokémon introduced in generation 6 (X, Y, Omega Ruby, and Alpha Sapphire). Xerneas has three stats that are exceptionally high – hit points, attack, and special attack. Xerneas learns some very🐲 powerful physical moves like Giga Impact and Nature Power.
It also leℱarns some very useful attack moves that one would not expect from a fairy type pokémon; moves like Horn Leech () and Megahorn (bug type). Horn Leech is particularly effective when used by Xerneas. Its special ability is Fairy Aura, which increases the effectiveness of fairy type moves for all pokémon involved in the battle.
2 𝐆 Zacian and Zamazenta🍸
Zacian and Zamazenta are the featured pokémon in Sword &♏amp; Shield. The move-sets of these two pokémon are nearly identical; they each only have three moves that are not shared. Honestly, their move-sets are a little underwhelming, but their high stats make up for this deficiency.
The stats of Zacian (fairy/steel type) and Zamazenta (fighting/steel type) are quite different though. Zamazenta’s defense and special defense are much higher than Zacian; while Zacian’s speed and attack are much higher (especially attack). Zamazenta’s spec🐟ial ability is Dauntless Shield (which raises defense in battle), and Zacian’s is Intrepid Sword (which raཧises attack in battle).
1 Eternatus
Eternauts is a gigantic poison/dragon type p🐭okémon introduced in generation 8 (Sword & Shield). Overall the sum of the stats for Zacian and Zamazenta (individually) are slightly higher than Eternatus’ stats, but Eternatus‘ move-set is easily better.
This po꧂kemon’s move-set includes classic powerful attacks like Hyper Beam and Flamethrower, but it also learns attack moves that are unique to it – like Eternabeam (160 rating) and Dynamax Cannon. Eternatus also learns the move Recover, so it can heal itself in battle. Its special ability is Pressure, and its best stats are hit p✅oints, special attack, and speed.
