There are many returning gadgets and weapons and some new ones to play with like the winterizer which creates a snow tornado and turns enemies into snowmen and the nightmare box which sc💙are enemies through the use of clowns, eyes, or other imagery.
8 Ratchet & Clank Future: Quest for Booty (Metacr🌸itic 76)
Ratchet & Clank Future: Quest for Booty places a much bigger emphasis on puzzles a⛦nd platforming than previous games in the series. The game also introduces the OmniWrench Millennium 12 which allows you to pick up various items in the game as well as be used as a tether to pick up ob𝄹jects so you can manipulate them for puzzles.
There are sections in the game where you🎃 must pick up Heliograbs which will light up the area you are exploring. As with other games in the series, there are many new and returning gadgets, including all of the ones added in Tools of Destruction.
7 Ratchet & Clank - PS4 (Metacritic 85)

Ratchet & Clank Future: A Crack In Time includes many differ꧅ent mechanics to the series including the Chronosceptor which takes the place of Rat༺chet’s wrench and will repair broken objects.
Time pads are also introduced which will record up to a minute of Clank’s actions which are then played back while you control Clank. This can be done up to four times and is at the center of some of the game’s puzzles. Other ga💮dgets that were added include hoverboots whichꦬ allow Ratchet to move quickly around planets and moons.
4 Ratchet & Clank - PS2 (Metacritic 88)
Ratchet & Clank is the fi𝄹rst in the long-running series and was released in 2002 for the🍃 Playstation 2. The game was later released in an HD bundle along with its two sequels Ratchet & Clank: Going Commando and Ratchet & Clank: Up Your Arsenal in the Ratchet and Clank Collection.
The game follows Ratchet and Clank’s first encounter whe⛄n Ratchet meets Clank on his home planet. Clank uncovers an evil plan made a Blarg named Chairman Drek. Chainman Drek plans to create a new planet for his species and destroy all other planets in the process.

Ratchet & Clank Future: Tools of Destruction is the first Ratchet & Clank game to be released for the Playstation 3 and is the st🌌art of the Ratchet & Clank Future games. Ratchet & Clank Future: Tools of Destruction is also one of the first Playsta♉tion 3 games to utilize the DualShoc﷽k 3 rumble.
There are sections of the game where Ratchet will jump out of a jet and enters freefall - during the freefall, you can control Ratchet with𒅌 the SIXAXIS controller which was a feat🍎ure rarely used for the Playstation 3’s controller.

Ratchet & Clank: Going Commando is the second game in the series and takes many things that weꦺre estabꦆlished in the original game and improves on them. There are eighteen new weapons added to Ratchet & Clank: Going Commando included the lava gun, blitz gun, and seeker.
Also introduced roleplaying-game elements by adding a growth bar to🧜 each weapon which increases each time you kill an enemy with that specific w🧔eapon. As weapons level up more they become stronger and also change in appearance. The game also allows you to use guns from the Ratchet & Clank if your 🀅ﷺmemory card has a save file from that game.

Ratchet & Clank: Up Your Arsenal adds many different gameplay elements that weren’t included in the previous game including 2D sidescroll✤ing stages in which you take control of Qwark. Ratchet & Clank: Up Your Arsenal is also the first game in t🧜he series to add online and offline multiplaye🌼r.
There are a few diff♐erent gameplay꧑ modes including capture the base and more. Once you have beaten the game you can play through it again with all of the gadgets and weapons you have collected the first time through, giving the game a lot of replayability.
