Today’s videogame landscape is crowded. It isn’t just the wide variety of games available which makes it so – the vast majority of titles available today are packed with hours of content. If the 🌺main story isn’t stuffed full with hours of adventure, you can bet that the side missions and bonus content certainly is. Don’t even get us started on DLC.
Sometimes you want a game experience which you can fit into a few days off work or out of school. Lots of these titles border what’s possible there, but all🍌 can be completed when you have a few days. To be clear, most of these have the bonus content we mentioned above. It’s up to🦋 you if you explore it. If you choose not to, these ten titles are still very engaging and fully enjoyable.
10 Fallout
We know what you’re thinking. There’s no way that Fallout fa☂lls into the category of “short RPG titl🌄es.” You’re actually mistaken.
Most of us have incredibly long experiences with most of the titles in the Fallout franchise. We spend hours digging through terminals and talkinꦿg with NPCs. On top of that, the endless supply of fetch quests and unending return-visits to locations we’ve explored before can make it seem like these games are packed to the seams full of content.
That is certainly half true. There is a ton of content in every Fallout game. Even so, most of that content is just side quests we choose to take on. If you’ve skipped out on a playthrough of the original title, don’t fear – you can complete the main story in under twenty hours t♒o catch up.
9 Undertale
168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Undertale is an indie RPG title which was created by developer Toby Fox. Originally released for Windows in 2015, the game has since been ported to Linux, PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vit𝓰a, and the Nintendo Switch.
Focusing on the adventures of a child who has found itself beneath Earth’s surface, Undertale follows the player’s journey back from the underworld. There are various factors which can impact the story and cause different outcomes. This game was designed with the multiple endings in mind, so it will only takeജ you fiv♛e hours to finish it. Once you’re done, you’ll probably have time to give it a couple more playthroughs, so you will definitely want to add this one to your list.
8 Fable II
Fable is essentially a toned-down version of Fallout. It gives the illusion of choice while demonstrating certain changes based on a character’s choices and skills. Fable II takes approximately twelve hours to complete, but it’s got tons of additional content to get involved with if you’ve got an extra couple of hour🍸s.
If you missed the original Fable, it also runs around fifteen hours, so you could easily complete both in less time than it takes to finish most of the franchise’s competitors. While Fable titles don’t have the deepest stories, they’re more than ܫenjoyable and certainly worth a playthrough. We’re guessing you’ll venture off into side-quests at least a few times.
7 🐬 Child of Light
In early 2014, Ubisoft released this RPG platformer which focuses on princess Aurora and her companions in their journey to rescue the sun and moon from the evil Queen of Night. The setting for Child of Light is the Kingdom of Lemur🔴ia, which is made up of five d🦋istinct areas.
This game is honestly breathtaking. The quality of graphics which are on display here are beyond honestly impressive for a smaller title in 2014. Taking roughly ten hours to complete, if you haven’t given this title a shot, you should definitely set some time aside for it. It’s easily one of the best g🙈ames Ubisoft has made in the past decade.
6 Final Fantasy 🅘
If you’re a fan of the franchise Square’s 1987 release 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Final Fantasy spawned, you owe it to yourself to give the original a 🅰shot. Even if you have, it’s worth revisiting the o𓃲riginal title, especially considering that it has been re-released for various platforms such as the PlayStation and Nintendo 3DS and is easily accessible.
The main story here can be completed in under twenty hours easily. Unlike the games which followed, the playable characters aren’t truly ꦅinvolved with the story, so it’s a bit of a differeꦏnt feel than its successors.
5 ꦆ Mas🥀s Effect
168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Mass Effect is an immensely popular title which also spawned its own franchise. Released in 2007, Bioware’s Mass Effect focuses on Command🤡er Shepard in his quest to save the galaxy from the Reapers. The original title and its sequels have been immensely popular♌ with fans and has managed to branch out into other mediums such as novels, comic books, movies, and toys.
What Mass Effect probably gets the most attention for is its “conversation wheel” which gives players 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:several dialogue options condensed into a general idea of the outcome. Much like Fallout, this game’s selling point is the bonus content. If you’re strictly interested in catching the story and moving on to newer titles, you can get through it in ten to fifteen 𝄹hours easily with tons of extras if you’re interested.
4 Shadowrun: Dragonfal🦄l
The Shadowrun series isn’t unpopular in its own right, but Shadowrun: Dragonfall somehow stands out as the high point among all of them. Developer Harebrained Schemes originally released this title as downloadable content for Shadowrun Returns in early 201✃4. By the end of the year, it had garnered enough attention to merit a standalone ꦕrelease in its own right.
If you’re a fan of RPGs with a tactical twist, this one is definitely for you. Set in an alternate version of our own world, this title bands together a dynamic group of ch🌳aracters together in a unique way which really emphasizes the games depth of storytelling. The experience will take you well under fifteen hours and is 🌸a nice change of pace from some of the repetition in larger titles.
3 Devil May Cry ꧒
Honestly, any title in the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Devil May Cry franchise is worth playing through. Since Devil May Cry 5 released in 2🐻019 to , it might be worthwhile to grab all of its predecessors which you haven’t tried and just get up to🍌 speed on the storyline. 2 South Park: The Stick of Truth 💟
168澳洲幸运5开奖网:South Park isn’t for everyone, so this won’t be a universal recommendation, but South Park: The Stick of Truth is super exciting if you have even the most remote interest in the serieꦏs. It has some universally positive reviews.
Players assume the role of the New Kid in this title and can freely explore South Park, Colorado. Much like most of the titles in the Grand Theft Auto series, certain areas are inaccessible until later in the game, but we’re such suckers for being able to interact with ๊environmen🧜ts we see on TV that we didn’t even mind.
If you couldn’t tell, there are tons of extras here for fans. For those looking for a cheap title which will give them an interactive experience, or those who just want some extra South Park conte🐻nt, this title will ta🔯ke you around ten hours to complete.
1 ⛎ Chrono Trigger
This is the one you’ve been waiting for. We kn💦ow. No one finishes this game quickly. It’s just that good. However, it is definitely possible to finish in fifteen to twenty hours. Veterans of the game will definitely recommend going longer to pack in some extra content, and we certainly agree. We’re also very confident that you’ll come back several times to play it again and again after you finish that quick run.
While it doesn’t feature quite as extensive a roster as its spiritual successor Chrono Cross, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Chrono Trigger has a nice roster of characters available and has thirteen different end♋ings which can be unlocked. Pique your interest? Using a N🦹ew Game +, your subsequent playthroughs will be shorter (or longer) after the first. Enjoy.
