Empoleo🐷n is a Water and Steel-Type Pokemon that evolves from Prinplup at Level 36 and Piplup at Level 16. In Pokemon Diamond & Pearl, Piplup is the Water-Type starter choice. However, that is the fa♛r future of the Sinnoh Region, and Oshawott is the Water-Type choice in Legends: Arceus.
