As popular as vampires are, it's somewhat surprising that there aren’t more video games that let you play as one. It seems like a perfect match. Vampires are supernatural beings with fantastic abilities and a need for feeding on the living, which would presumably give numerous options for gameplay. Plus, vampires are kind of cool...

The games on this list are the best vampire games available. Not every game lets you play out the life of a vampire completely; some of these games don’t ꦛinvolve the major elements of vampirism, such as feeding on the living. Every game in this list does, however, let you play as a vampire in at least some form.

Renfield: Bring Your Own Blood

Total War: Warhammer 2 - Curse of The Vampire Coast

Like Baldur's Gate 3 having vampires in addition to dragons, goblins, tieflings, elves, and all the other high fantasy groups from the D&D lore compendium, the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Total War: Warhammer strategy series likewise wouldn't be complete without having some vampire lords to command its fantasy legions. The Curse of the Vampire Coast DLC makes it a reality.

Few Nights More

Think of Few Nights More as Castlevania meets Darkest Dungeon meets base management because it truly feels like all three aesthetics rolled into one unique roguelike turn-based combat game. In a Few Nights More, you'll manage and defend your castle from enemies with one of seven vampire lord characters, each coming with helpful abilities.

Sticking true to its name, you'll have some time to prepare traps and get your base ready in a 2D level editor fashion, before heading into the next night to proceed with the new group of enemies. May your vampire lords prevail in their thirst for blood and conquest!

Though the base game is still in Early🅠 Access, there is also a free pro🎉logue version called Few Nights More: Genesis, which also includes the entire first act of the game.

Vampire: The Masquerade - Swansong

Unlike the original Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines, Swansong is an RPG narrative adventure with no combat that follows three main playable vampires in Boston, with all a🌞ctions and story beats achieved through dialogue choices. Th🍸ose are Galeb, Emem, and Leysha.

Each character has their own agenda, and they switch off naturally in the story while using their supernatural skills and abilities to successfully achieve♛ those goals. The story is quite cinematic and shares similar themes with Vampyr, minus the historical setting and challenging Soulslike combat.

Disgaea 4: A Promise Unforgotten

As much chaos and terror as all the realms of evil seem to contain, they still need to be managed and have some semblance of control. The Disgaea series is all about fighting for control in the underworld and bringing it under the rule of a few select characters, and it's an even bigger objective in Disgaea 4: A Promise Unforgotten.

This adventure has one of the largest RPG character rosters out there made up of a mix of monsters, demons, and other various humanoids. The leader of such a vast force is Valvatorez, a former tyrant who has vampire blood within him. However, despite looking like a typical anime villain, he's relying on your help to lead his forces against that which threatens the underworld of Hades.

Pit People

What first startꦉed as flash animation grew into games like Castle Crashers with all the color, comedy, and quirks to enjoy alone or with friends. This graphic style went into a number of different adventures and eventually made its way to the strategic challenges of Pit P൲eople.

Aside from a wild story involving space bears crashing into planets, you have a few characters and a bunch of empty slots to fill. As you explore the map collecting treasures and engaging in various battles, you'll meet a number of units. If you have the right tools, you can potentially recruit any enemy unit you encounter. This includes the bat-like creatures called the Vampiresses which can be a vicious addition to your army.

Scarlet Tower

Towers are a very ominous structure, the way that they loom in the distance with whoever of whatever's in them having a wide view that lets them look down on all. This makes them a prime centerpiece for game worlds, especially with gothic themes like those found in Scarlet Tower.

As you're making your way to the tower, you'll constantly be hunting any creatures that stand in your way. However, when night falls, the tables are turned and the beast comes out to hunt you. This means you'll need to rely on your character's strengths and skills in order to make it to the next day. If you choose to play as Vylat, you'll gain access to vampiric abilities such as being able to turn into a bat.

Voltaire: The Vegan Vampire

Vampire stories from all over the world have painted these bloodsuckers in a very particular way with some changes here and there. A trait shared among these stories 🍨is that vampires dr♏ink blood, which means there is room for them to rebel against this idea like in Voltaire: The Vegan Vampire.

In a stylized world, you'll play Voltaire, the youngest son of the infamous Dracula. However, as the title implies, he's seeking an alternative diet and wants to free himself from blood dependency. To do this, you'll need to help Voltaire plant a variety of crops to grow, harvest, and eat. While it may sound peaceful, Voltaire will have his hands full trying to keep his crops healthy and safe from those who would want to destroy them.

Terrordrome - Reign Of The Legends

Fear is subjective with a lot of debate about what sorts of stories and monsters are scariest. Even though new monsters are being created all the time, people will always have a fondness for the classic horrors and will want to see how they hold upꦜ... maybe in a fighting competition like Terrordrome - Reign Of The Legends?

You'll get the chance to see how some of the most iconic monsters throw down by entering the Terrordrome. It's got a whole 80s feel which was a high point for a lot of horror films, and practical effects, and this comes across very clearly in the game. Among the roster, you've got Bigfoot, Bloody Mary, Frankenstein, and of course, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:the always-popular Dracula who brings his sharp fan꧟gs and fancy sword into the fray.
