When discussing the Witcher series, people often talk about which swords are the best, who's the best romance option, or which armor set has the best stats. But something that often gets overlooked is the fashion of the Witcher 𓆏universe. Over the course of the three games, just about every character goes through some different looks.

There are a lot of outfits throughout the series to choose from but let's just take a look at not only some of the best but also some of the worst. Here are the 5 best and 5 worst outfits in the Witcher series.

10 🔥 𒅌 Worst: Dandelion Witcher 3 Outfit

via: vg247.com

Let's start off this list with Geralt's sidekick and best friend, the bard Dandelion. This fan-favorite character is the main reason Geralt is so famous in the Witcher universe in the first place. We just wish tha✃t his o💟utfit was a bit better in his third game outing.

Dandelion's quite a flamboyant character so puffy sleeves, jeweled rings, and kerchief scarf are all par for the course with him, it's just that the blues and magentas of his outfit are quite loud and can be disarming in the bleak world of The Witcher.

9 Be𝐆st: Vran Armor

The Witcher 2 often goes underrated when it comes to armor design. There are a lot of great looking armor sets iꦇn the game, but the best-looking set is undoubtedly the Vran Armor set, an armor set that's can only be unlocked in the final chapter of the game.

The Vran Armor set is probably the best melee-focused armor set in Witcher 2, but more than t♋hat, it's one sweet looking outfit. Donning this armor set really gives Geralt the look of an expert witcher.

8 𝄹 Worst: Ves's Outfit 𒊎

Ves is a great, if underutilized, character. She's Vernon Roche's lieutenant and a skilled sharpshooter, ไbut we do take issue with her impractical outfit. And we're sure we are not the only ones.

Ves's outfit actually has one of the cooler designs in the series, there's just one glaring issue that landed her outfit on this list and that's the plungꦅing shirt and open quilted jacket combo. It does nothing to offer any protection and just seems like a choice to accentuate her breasts to let players ogle at them.

7 Best: Cerys a♈n Craite's Armor

Cerys an Craite is easily one of the best characters from Witcher 3, making it a shame that she didn't get to appear in any of the previous titl🍨es. She's incredibly stubborn and just as brave, and ♓she has one of the best outfits in the series.

Cerys is from the Skellige Isles, which is a b🐻rutally cold pl🐻ace, so there's no place on the islands for impractical open-cut clothing. Cerys's outfit doesn't only provide warmth for the cold, its design also gives her great protection.

6 ꧑ Worst: Triss Witcher 3 Alternate Outfit 🍸

Triss's alternate outfit for The Witcher 3 is just all kinds of bad. Her default outfit is great, it's basically an updated version of her Witcher 2 outfit, but her alternate outfit i꧒s just plain aw💯ful.

Her alternate outfit is an impractically long gown with an excessively plunging neckline that really calls attention to her cleavage instead of any sort of practicality. In the books, Triss hates wearing clothes that show cleavag🌳e, so she'd never wear this gaudy mess.

5 🏅 Best: Triss Witcher 2 Outfit

Triss's Witcher 2 outfit is the polar opposite of her Witcher 3 alternate outfit. Easily Triss's best outfit throughout all the games, her Witcher 2 outfit doღes a great job of capturing the look of a traveling mage such as her.

While her default outfit from Witcher 3 is good, her Witcher 2 outfit outshines it in every way. A lot of fans apparently feel the same way because there's even a mod available for Witcher 3 that gives Triss this outfit.

4 Worꦫst: Saskia's Armor ᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚ

Here we have an outfit that suffers from the same problem as Ves's outfit. Saskia is a strong character that plays a major role in Witcher 2, who also turns out to be a dragon. Since she's a soldier on the front lines, she needs a suit of💞 armor that offers a lot of protection.

For the most part, her🌃 outfit does offer a lot of protection. She wears sturdy plate armor that covers her arms, legs, and stomach, but she's strangely missing a breastplate to protect her chest, which, it might surprise you, is a rather important part of the body to protect. Like with Ves, this seems like another case of making sure a female character has visible cleavage.

3 ꦗ Best: Ciri Alternate Outfit

ciri_witcher_witcher3

Of all the alternate outfits in Witcher 3, Ciri's alternate outfit is the best. It even beats out Ciri's default look, which is an iconic look in its own right. Her alternate outfit looks to offer more protection than her d💎efault out since this one actually has chainmail.

Her stomach may be exposed, but at least it ma𒁃kes sense lore-wise because ඣthe armor is from Zerrikania, a hot desert region. Also, when compared to her default outfit, this outfit makes Ciri look more like a witcher.

2 🍎 Worst: Griffin School Armor ൩

The problem with the Griffin School Armor isn't so much how the armor itself looks, it's how it looks specifically on🦩 Geralt. The armor on its own actually looks quite knightly, but it's just way too bulky for Geralt.

Witchers are supposed to be agile fighters, utilizing spins and acrobats in combat, but we just can't see pulling off those maneuvers wearing th✨is armor, it doesn't look likeᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚ he'd have the range of movement for it.

1 ꩲ Best: Wolf School Armor

The best 💝outfit 🐟in the series has to go to the Wolf School Armor, especially either the master-crafted version or the grandmaster version. It's made up of layered leather and mail armor with a good number of metal studs.

It's everythღing a witcher could want in an armor set, offering great protection without sacrificing mobility. The Wolf School Armor just feels right for Geralt, especially if he's wearing it next to the other witchers from the Wolf School.
