It's been a wild one this week. In this round-up, we have everything from an exciting new Animal Crossing update, to infamous Twitch streamer Amouranth somehow evading a permanent suspension, and she was reinstated this week following her firth ban.
Animal Crossing Is Getting Its Final Update, And It’s Huge
DLC, Brewster, more hairstyles… and even Froggy Chair. That’s right, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:the November Animal Crossing upꦡdate hasꦛ it all. Which makes sense, because it turns out it will actually be the last one. The free version 2.0 patch brings with it more or less every request fans have been making since launch, including outside storage, the ability to shove furniture closer together, and of course, the cafe. There were even new additions fans weren't expecting, such as group exercises with your islanders, and even a full-blown paid DLC. This add-on, titled Happy Home Paradise, is inspired by the 3DS game Happy Home Designer and launches the same day as the update.
NFTs Booted Off Steam
First, they were losing thousands of dollars on really awful looking JPEGs. Now, they can’t ꩲeven use those stupid JPEGs in bad games on𝔉 Steam. Valve put out new guidelines this week that explicitly bans any game on its service from using NFTs and cryptocur𝕴rencies. This means that the game Age of Rust will be removed, as it was breaching its rule to include “items that can have real-world value on their platform”. With this news, and the recent reports of NFT scams, it’s sure not been a good time for g✅lorified Sonic OC collectors recently.
Amouranth Escapes Her Fifth Twitch Ban
Twitch streamer Amouranth is no stranger to Twitch bans, but for whatever reason, this time around almost every site tried to take her down. It didn’t take long for her to evade the Twitch suspension though however, as 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:she was back on the site in just th⭕ree days. The service never revealed the reason for her suspension, but given her involvement in the so-called “fart meta” earlier this year, it&rsqu💧o;s not too surprising.
Squid Game Crossovers Are Everywhere
Allow me to be the billionth person to tell you to watch Squid Game. Already watched it? Good, annoy everyone else into doing it too. It feels like the world has been focused on nothing but Squid Game this week. Therefore, it’s unsurprising that it’s crossed over into gaming. This week alone, we had confirmation that the first round of the show, Red Light, Green Light, is com⛄ing to Black Desert Onꦑline. Then to no one’s surprise, Netflix confirmed it would be open to a 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Squid Game video game (let’s hope the title is a bit catchier than 🐬that)
MOBA Network Buys ResetEra For $4.55 Million
MOBA Network surprised many earlier this week when it announced it was 16🔜8澳洲幸运5开奖网:acquiring m🎉essaging board website ResetEra. The price tag on the website was a staggering $4.55 mill𒈔ion. MOBA Network must have liked something a🎃bout the site, since, on top of shelling out a fair bit to buy it, it won’t actually be making any sudden changes to how it is run. In other words, users can continue on as usual. Considering the site made $700,000 last year, MOBA is playing the long game in terms of making its money back.
Someone May Have Pre-Ordered A Game For $5 Million
Pre-order perks can be pretty ridiculous sometimes, but this one for World War 3 is the winner, hands down. According to the official website, someone has actually purchased the Pres💮ident Pack… which costs $5 Million. No one has owned up to this purchase yet, so it may be a publicity st🍃unt. If this is real, however, then this person has bagged themselves a role in a future World War 3 movie, and can even design a map in the game.
