Between Rapture and Columbia, the BioShock series has a wide range of unique enemies. Each of these differs in their abilities, strength, and agility, making confrontation with some more difficult than others. From men and women trapped in metal suits and actual robots, to deranged 🌼underwater resi♍dents and extreme cultists, you never know what new threat you’ll face next.
Some of these enemies you’ll choose to avoid, while others you’ll be forced to fight. Either way, these encounters will easily get your ꦍheart racing. These are ten BioShock enemies ranked from least to most powerful.
10 ꦚ 🍌 Comstock’s Army And Vox Populi
168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Though vas♐tly different in terms of their views, Comstock’s Army and the Vox Populi are roughly at the sa👍me power level. They’re just relentless people with weapons, and nothing more. In addition to being people, they’re also the only normal-looking enemies in the series.
Both 🔯groups are passionately driven by their own separate causes, so neither one will go easy on you if they feel you’re a threat to their movements. However, in comparison to other enemies, tꦑhey’re pretty tame.
9 🌜 Splicer - Melee, Guns, And Plasmids 🤡
Plagued with deformities due to their lack of Vitamin D and addiction to ADAM, 16🦹8澳洲幸运5开奖网:splicers come in many shapes and sizes. Some will rush you with wrenches and other melee weapons, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:ℱwhileꦉ others have guns or access to plasmids.
Splicers with plasmids are much more powerful than their unequippe♎d counterparts, but all will attack you on sight in a frenzied rage. To make matters worse, they’re terrifying to look at. Overall though, splicers are easier to fight than other enemies.
8 𓆏 Cultis♍ts - Murder Of Crows Vigor
Aside from their undy🐠ing devotion to the late Lady Comstock, the only thing that separates the cultists from other human enemies in BioShock Infinite is their affinity to the Murder of Crows vigor. If they carry a large casket on their back, you’ll know that it’ll be difficult to hit them without having them transform into crows, teleporting them elsewhere.
Their evasiveness makes them a robust force to take on, especially because the vigor doesn’t allow ꩵyou the same ability.
7 Fireman - Devil's Kiss Vigor
Early on in BioShock Infinite, the Fireman is one of the first heavy-hitting en♔emies you’ll face. It’s also your first encounter with the Devil&rsq🐟uo;s Kiss vigor. Just as their name suggests, Firemen use fire and explosions to destroy their foes.
They come with a lot of strength, and are well protected by their metal armor. Getting close to a F🐟ireman could mean certain death, and taking this a level further is their self-destruct mechanism when close to defeat. The enemy tries to entrap you in a colossal explosion as a final attack.
6 🌳 Motorized Patriots - Crank Guns And Armor
Many of BioShock’s enemies have metal armor, but most have a human — or what’s left of one — inside. Unlike similar enemies, 168✨澳洲幸运5开奖网:the Motorized Patriots are animatronic robots that look like former United States presidents.
Piercing their metal exterior is a tough ask, and the Patriots’ large crank guns make them even harder to take down. They’re one of the more relentless enemies in the series, as they’re emotionless and built exclusively to attack. Luckily, these large automatons don’t move too quickly, and shooting ꩵthe exposed gears on its back is a surefire way to defeat them.
5 Siren - Army Of The Dead▨ 🅺
The Siren is powerful in a multitude of ways. Not only does she hav🍌e the unique ability to reanimate the dead, turning them into her own personal army, but she also h𓃲as a high tolerance for any attack.
You’ll fight her a total of three times, and each is a difficult endeavor. Though she has a ghostly presence, she can easily blast through metal doors and other barriers. It's this same strength that makes her invulnerable to your attacks for some time.
4 Bo🧸y Of Silence - Impossible Fights
Surely if you were able to sneak up behind a Boy of Silence, you’d be able to pe𒀰rform a swift takedown. However, that’s not an option in BioShock Infinite. The Boys of Silence are impossible to attack, and there ✤really isn’t any point in trying.
You’re better off stealthily sneaking by them and escaping out of their given rooms. If you do grasp their attention, they’ll expel a deafening cry that’ll control the mindless characters around them. Because they’re impo🐈ssible to attaꦆck, the Boys of Silence are some of the most powerful enemies in the series, which is funny considering that combat with them is null.
3 ജ Handyman - Electricity And Brute Strength
Sim🔯ilar to the Fireman, the Handyman is a twisted invention of what can be done with the human body. But in contrast, the Handyman is much more formidable. This large enemy is another heavy hitter in the series with oversized metal hands and feet.
The only human remnants of the enemy can be seen through its head and an exposed beating heart. They are inhumanly strong an🌱d agile and are capable of manipulating electricity, making it challenging to get away from them. Defeating a Handyman is no easy task, and a single hit from them can inflict major damage.
2 Big Daddy - Fierce Protectors🐭 With Drills
Likely the most well-known enemy in the series, the Big Daddy comes in multiple forms. Serving as a sort of predecessor to the Handyman, a Big Daddy is a m🗹an trappe𒆙d in a nearly indestructible metal suit. Most Bi🥀g Daddies are equipped with a large drill that deals incalculable dama💦ge.
You’ll want to avoid these enemies at all costs, but if you decide you’d like to save or harvest a Little Sister who is protected by a Big Daddy, you’ll have to try your hand at defeating one. Their primary goal is to protect the Little Sister, so it’ll attack you repeatedly with no regard for itself. They're a vigorous force to be reckoned with.
1 Big Sister - Fast, Strong🍌, And Formidable
When you’re introduced to the Big Sister in BioShock 2, you&ꩵrsquo;ll be shocked that you’re facing an enemy more powerful than a Big Daddy. Though they don’t match the Big Daddy’s brute strength, Big Sisters are much faster and can regenerate health, teleport, use telekinesis, and can easily attack you no matter the distance.
Their great difficulty is expanded on by the fact that you&ꦑrsquo;re playing a Big Daddy while fighting them. Big Sisters are the only enemy where you’re alerted by their presence well before you actually see them. Their loud screech is bone-chilling, and you should prepare for an extremely tense battle.
