Black Ops 6 Players Really Aren't Keen On The New Lifeline Or Bullet Maps
Over the course of Season 2, it was confirmed that there would be five total maps coming to Call of Duty: Black Ops 6— three at launch and two that would likely appear in Season 2 Reloaded. Of these, four are brand new maps, Bounty, Dealership, Lifelಞine, and Bullet, and one returning, the popular skate park map, Grind. Following their announcements, two are already being slated for being too small and appeasing the "brainrot crowd".
Lifeline was♔ the first map to from the Black Ops 6 community. Based on a yacht, Lifeline was compared to Black Ops 2's Highjacked map, except "absolutely claustrophobic/small asf", which one player said "has unfortunately been the trend lately."
"Brainrot" was a common theme in 🐬the Lifeline complaint thread, with multiple commenters using the word to articulate how they feel Black Ops 6's maps are compared to previous Call of 🐻Duty entries.
One user summed up the thoughts of the community best when🔴 they said, "It’s gotten out of hand. We seriously do not need anymore [small maps]. There are more than enough of them in the launch maps and there’s the whole Faceoff playlist if you want the brainrot."
It’s gotten out of hand.🅘 We seriously do not need anymo🥃re [small maps].
Shortly after tꦜhe Lifeline thread went live, a similar about the mid-season map, Bullet🍷.
Seemingly set on a Japanese Shinkansen, it seems Treyarch is trying to evoke the feelings seen in the movie Bullet Train. The map is described as "sm🧔all-sized" on the Call of D🍨uty blog, and, as you can guess, players aren't happy with that.
TheParadiseBird , "How the f**k 🍒are they meaning to put 12 playersꦐ on a f***ing train. This is gonna be a mess; I can already feel the stress and stupid deaths."
Once again, brainrot 𓂃was the order of business, with Fabulous_Comment , "Bro, just make a bigger map than these TikTok brainrot maps."
This is gonna be a mess; I can already feel the stress and s✅tupid deaths𓄧.
While only two of the five new maps are classified by Activision as "small-sized", it seems the fans are yeaไrning for larger, more tactic﷽al maps, and until the company adds them, these complaints will continue to arise.

Forced to go rogue. Hunted from within. This is Call of Duty: Black Ops 6.
