Before we get into how to get it, we should point out that getting Ending B will not lock you out of Ending A. Upon beating the game, you will be kicked out to the main menu, allowing you to select your save file again, which will place you just before the boss encounter.

From here, you can perform all the steps needed to unlock Ending A, allowing you to see both endings within the same save file. So there's no need to worry about missing out on either ending, as both are accessible to you no matter which one you sought out first.

Blasphemous 2: Ending A Guide (Secret/Best Ending)

Unlike Ending B, Ending A is much more involved, having you complete various tasks that can be pretty time-consuming and sometimes frustrating. To unlock Ending A, you must first acquire four unique Altarpieces of Favor, which we will outline how to doᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚ in the section belඣow!

You must also clear all the Dungeons up to Inca♊rnate Devotion before tacklin✨g Ending A. We recommend clearing Ending B before attempting Ending A, as you will have every area unlocked and all bosses defeated!

Ending A: Altarpieces Of Favor

Ending A: Altarpieces Of Favor Slots

After acquiring all four Altarpieces of Favor, you must place them into specific Slots before moving on to the next step. While you won't need all Slots unlocked, you will need to have at least one Slot unlocked in the bottom right quadrant for this to work!

• Cierzo: Top Left Quadrant
• Gregal: Top Right Quadrant
• Lebeche: Bottom Left Quadrant
• Jaloque: Bottom Right Quadrant

If equipped in the right Slots, the Altarpieces of Favor will turn to solid gold, indicating that they are placed in their proper s♚pot, allowing you to finally move on to the next step.

Ending A: Incense Of The Envoys

With your solid gold Altarpieces of Favor equipped and ready to go, head to the Chapel of the Five Doves and work your way up to the top of the room. The door on the right that was previo❀usly shut tight will now be wide open.

Head into the room and stand in front of the brazier in the center. Interact with it to torch all four Altarpieces of Favor you've worked so hard to get for the Incense of the Envoys Key Item. With this item in yo💞ur possession, you can move on to the final step of this e📖nding!

Ending A: Incarnate Devotion

Now that you have the Incense of the Envoys, travel to Crimson Rains and head into the arena where you defeated Eviterno (if you haven't beaten him yet, do so now, then proceed with the following steps).

Interact with Eviterno's corpse and select the following options:

• Are You Sure You Want To Ascend? - Yes
• Do You Want To Give Incense Of The Envoys? - Agree

After offering the Incense of the Envoys, you will begin the boss encounter against Incarnate Devotion. This encounter will be identical to Ending B's, which is a bit underwhelming. However, you will get an entirely new cutscene that plays out upon defeating them.

Finishing the cutscene will spit you back out into the main menu. Loading your save file up will place you just outside of the boss room with the Incense of the Envoys still in your inventory. If you still need to get Ending B, you can Deny giving the Incense of the Envoys before the encounter!
